(Pool opens in May) 45 minutes from Mount Airy and Mohegan Sun casinos. 40 minute to Great Wolf and Kalahari Lodge and 17 minute drive Woodloch Spa. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in PA. From the moment I arrived, I felt at peace—the house is a true gem, perfect for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends, this place offers the comfort, space, and tranquility to make your stay unforgettable. The house itself is spotless, spacious, and incredibly cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook and share meals, and there’s also a great grill outside for barbecues. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel at home. One of the highlights of this stay was the location. Surrounded by nature, it’s the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and connect with the outdoors. There are nearby lakes for summer days by the water, and the area offers great trails for hiking. Tim was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and helpful. His clear guidance and warm hospitality made everything smooth.

We stayed at Yelena's place last year and the entire family was thrilled. There was never any question that we all wanted to return again this year. Participants ranged in age from 10-82 years old. Everyone found many things to do. Fishing, ping pong and boating were definite highlights. The house was perfect for large groups with very flexible accommodations. The kitchen and rest of the house was well stocked with many unexpected extras provided. Immaculate premises and a wonderful host! Could not ask for more! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick’s home! I stayed with my family, including six small children, and the house was perfectly accommodating for all of us. One of the highlights was the closet stocked with board games and toys—it kept the kids entertained and made us feel right at home. The only downside, which doesn’t reflect on the host at all, was that we weren’t aware it was the "off season" in the community. I purchased a weekly pass for the amenities, but unfortunately, many were closed during our stay. I wish the community staff had provided clearer communication about that, but again, this had nothing to do with Patrick or the quality of the home. Overall, I highly recommend Patrick’s place and hope to return during peak season to enjoy everything the community has to offer!

This house was amazing!! A few buddies and me went to the poconos for a quick golf trip getaway, and this was the perfect house for it, the movie theater was perfect! Stacey was very easy to communicate with, responded in time, and was extremely helpful! I can definitely see us booking again in the future!
