A private entrance makes check-in easy and convenient, while offering privacy during your stay. Full kitchen, accessible bathroom, WIFI, and cable provided. Washer/Dryer available upon request. Pool is for registered guests only. Owners on site to assist if needed.

Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Summer is here, flowers are blooming, the treehouse is air conditioned and cozy, and the hot tub ready! Relax in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall tumbles into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

The Cozy Den

Welcome to our cozy little corner of the world! We are located just a few blocks east of downtown St. Charles & the gorgeous Fox River and about an hour's drive/train ride to downtown Chicago. You’ll be staying in a renovated studio basement space (which doesn’t feel like a basement at all). It’s a completely separate space with its own entrance & electronic keypad. It is our priority to create an experience for you that is cozy, comfortable, and relaxing! Hope to see you soon!
