House holiday rentals in Weaverville

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Amanda was an amazing host! She was super helpful with sending recommendations before our trip, and was on top of responses while we were there. She was more than happy to accommodate our needs.

We had a wonderful time at Trace’s home. It was our annual family vacation. 11 of us from 3 months to 56. It was nice to have the pool for the kids and adults. We spent several days at the house. Loved the two living rooms. The kids had one and the adults had the other one. Plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and so were all the other rooms. Everything on the pictures is what we saw at the home. We had one small request while we were there and Trace was on the spot quickly. Loved having the downstairs bedroom for the teenagers and the game room. Loved the location and the home. We would rent this home again for sure.

We had a lovely time as a family. The location is great - close enough to town but far enough to feel like you are getting away. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the game room and many options for the kids.

Our family is huge so it’s really hard to find a house large enough to host all of us. Daniel’s house was GORGEOUS and so spacious, the photos did not do this place justice. The upstairs was beautiful with large windows that let natural light in. We did encounter a mama bear and her baby, but Daniel warned us every day during our stay to keep trash in and be aware of the bears. We were secured inside the house and got to watch through the windows. It was an amazing experience for the kids. The golf cart was a game changer. We didn’t have to move our vehicles a lot. The amenities were perfect for us and the kids. Two pools, mini golf, and pickleball was all we needed to stay busy the entire weekend. Lake Lure was closed, but that was told to us weeks before the trip. We will definitely come back when Lake Lure opens. 10/10 vacation!!!!!!

Very cozy and comfortable home. Black Mountain is a charming small town with great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. Did not really interact with Evolve beyond the welcome email. I did communicate with the owner a few times who was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Conny was one of the best hosts that we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. The property was above expectation! Our son loved all of the farm animals and we felt great about letting him run around and play on the floors given the cleanliness of the home. Everything in the house was in great condition, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. My family and I will actively seek to stay here again!

Clean and comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 16. Pool and hot tub were a hit! Had an issue with the a/c on first day but hosts were quick to get it fixed. One bedroom (twin w/trundle) is off the master - worked for us but maybe not for a different group. Would recommend this place to others.

This was a wonderful stay! Very close to Biltmore and awesome restaurants. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The porches were very nice to relax on as well as the tree swing. There scenery is beautiful and peaceful. Cannot wait to stay here again!!

We came in town for a wedding, and Susan‘s place was a nice stay. The space is attached to the side of the house, but it’s private, very quiet and has its own entrance. Looks like the pictures. Susan was very friendly and responsive. Would stay again.

Beautiful spot. Matthew is a gentleman host who made us feel at home. Bungalow had an Aspen ski vibe which added a flair to the snowfall. The hot tub was warm and roomy, so says this zoftig lady. The snow views were gorgeous. Definitely would stay again.

Very nice home, quiet country side, next to very charming town with amazing mountains surrounding everything. Enjoyed the coffee and tea left for us and appreciated how clean and organized everything was.

We absolutely loved staying in this house - it was so cozy and charming, the fireplace kept us warm, it was a quiet location, super clean. The kitchen had everything and more. Lots of extra linens and towels. And we were pleasantly surprised to find a cabinet full of kids toys, books, and games that our little one was so thrilled about. Perfect spot for a family getaway.

Overall stay was wonderful. I have a family member who lives down the road from this Airbnb, so it was very convenient. I had a difficult time with the keypad and Ian was kind to come help me at check-in. Like other reviewers mentioned, you can hear noise from upstairs, however that didn’t bother me much as it was very quiet at night. They do provide earplugs, which was a nice touch. Loved the filtered water and the shower had fantastic water pressure. It was raining intermittently throughout my stay and did feel damp, however, it didn’t smell musty. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Spring Cabin! The setup was perfect for the two of us and our dog, who enjoyed the fenced backyard. Playing ping pong at the shared pavilion everyday was a major highlight! Leland, Kathryn, and Michael were very friendly and responsive as well. We would highly recommend staying at Weaver Woods if you are in the area.

Had the most amazing time during our stay. Views were breathtaking and the cabin was more than we could have ever thought possible. Will most definitely be planning a trip back

Loved staying here and will definitely be back! Lots of space inside and enough seating for everyone which was nice. Beautiful porch and back nature area, we appreciated the trees and view behind the house. Lots of yard room for our dog to explore (no fence so we kept her on a leash), she even found a turtle friend she visited every morning! And the hosts gave us enough supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, trash bags, etc) for our whole week and a half visit which was great! No street noise or traffic, plenty of parking on the driveway, and comfortable beds and couch. 10 out of 10 stay!

This place is magical! Came to Asheville for my son’s graduation and for much needed family time with my children and grandchildren. I love the charm of the house, with the right mix of old and new. The view from the window in the sitting room was peaceful, looking out over the grass to watch the goats . Feeding the goats was a big hit with my grandchildren, we did it twice a day!The porches were great for eating and reading and just relaxing and catching up with my kids. It was a great place to enjoy being with my family. Jean was a very responsive host, answering my questions . I will return to this house for my next family get together in Asheville! The beds are very comfy😊

I am happy to leave an "A+/5-star" rating...this, from a former professor who knows all about grade inflation. From start to finish, the hosts were welcoming. The accommodation is exactly as described and lovely. What did NOT receive a 5-star rating was the fact that I got caught in the horrific hurricane that blasted through the area. That said, the house was secure with nary a leak and safely above any low-lying area. Even with no electricity or phone for 3 days (luckily the water stayed on and my hosts had left a supply of filtered water), the ability to sit on the front porch, read from various books, and even work a jigsaw puzzle by daylight meant the days went by rather uneventfully. In fact, it was not until I was able to evacuate that I learned of how destructive this storm has been. Thanks to Anna and her sisters for reaching out when they could, and bringing extra water just in case. I hope to return in better times and would be happy to stay here again.

We loved Teylor’s! It was in the perfect location for what we came to town to do! 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to downtown Weaverville! The place was just as described and matched the pictures! The house had everything we needed! The yard had tons of space for our dog to run around and he had as much fun as we did! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Will definitely stay again when we come to down!

My family and I stayed at The Lazy Trout while in town for my nephew’s wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The property was beautifully decorated, set in a peaceful and scenic location, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cindi and Chuck were wonderful hosts—friendly and attentive. When we encountered a minor issue with the heat, they responded promptly and resolved it quickly. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend The Lazy Trout as the ideal place to stay.

Beautiful house for a family or group of friends.

Michael’s home was a wonderful place to ring in the New Year. A beautiful home, with the best stocked kitchen we have experienced in an Airbnb. The driveway was slightly harrowing the first time driving up, however, it was easy to manage on subsequent trips. Overall, a great experience in a gorgeous setting. The steam shower is also amazing!

Our stay at Stephanie and Dustin's place was great. Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for. The location is very convenient for things to do in Weaverville and Asheville. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the fire pit was a nice touch as well. The only minor issue for me was a little road noise. It was definitely not enough to spoil the trip but for light sleepers it could be a concern.
