Our 2-room feel-good apartment with separate entrance is ideal for 2 guests with children: vacationers, business travelers, course participants or just to relax... Approximately 35 sqm in the basement of our house are lovingly modern and cozily styled with floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace in the countryside. Free Wi-Fi! We offer a room with its own kitchen and bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hannover Airport is only 7 minutes away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer for a surcharge if it is convenient. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or within walking distance in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn [suburban train] goes 25 minutes directly to the Laatzen/Hanover trade fair or in 17 minutes to the city of Hanover.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house.
