Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Weeki Wachee Gardens

We loved the place, it was well stocked. The location was perfect it is down a canal so not much traffic and so it was very peaceful. There were plenty of kayaks for the 6 of us. We saw manatees and dolphins on our trip. The beds were very comfortable. The one and only issue was it says it sleeps 6 but I wouldn't recommend it for 6 adults/teens. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults/teens and maybe smaller children. We would definetly stay her again just if we had a smaller group.

If this property is available book it! There are many options in the area and we were so glad we chose this one!!! It’s a gem. 💎 The location right on a canal is stunning, and everything you could possibly need for a perfect river vacation is thoughtfully provided. From kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to a well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill, every detail has been considered to make your stay easy and fun. The home itself is gorgeous—beautiful granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, stylish tile showers, and spacious bedrooms that make it easy to unpack and feel right at home. It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. Staying at Paul’s place, you feel like part of the amazing Weeki community. Our family made lasting memories here, and we’re so grateful Paul shared this beautiful retreat with us. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was spotless and very welcoming. The access to the river is right around the corner and the dock and patios were a welcome spot to spend down by the water. We definitely had an amazing weekend and would love to book again in the future.

Great location to enjoy the river and the Hernando Flats The dock was a plus to park our jet ski during our stay. Very clean with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. The Upper Deck restaurant is within walking distance and the food was great. Looking forward to staying again soon.

It was a great stay. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The view was beautiful. It was nice not having to bring our own kayaks. Highly recommend! We hope to visit again in the future.

I can’t say anything that will do justice on Brian’s behalf,it was like staying at a family members house. Another beautiful stay in a beautiful place, this home gives direct access to the weeki Wachee river, top Florida spring run. Lori is an awesome host. We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Michael’s place was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The space had a simple and elegant style that made it feel instantly relaxing and welcoming. We had more than enough room to unwind, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—easy access to major roads and walking distance to great coffee shops. Michael was an outstanding host: responsive, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to make sure our stay was seamless.

It was quite and a good neighborhood.

We felt right at home and even decided to extend our trip here. Had and still having an amazing time.

Pretty nice the place and the hospitality

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
