Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Weeki Wachee Gardens

We loved the place, it was well stocked. The location was perfect it is down a canal so not much traffic and so it was very peaceful. There were plenty of kayaks for the 6 of us. We saw manatees and dolphins on our trip. The beds were very comfortable. The one and only issue was it says it sleeps 6 but I wouldn't recommend it for 6 adults/teens. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults/teens and maybe smaller children. We would definetly stay her again just if we had a smaller group.

If this property is available book it! There are many options in the area and we were so glad we chose this one!!! It’s a gem. 💎 The location right on a canal is stunning, and everything you could possibly need for a perfect river vacation is thoughtfully provided. From kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to a well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill, every detail has been considered to make your stay easy and fun. The home itself is gorgeous—beautiful granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, stylish tile showers, and spacious bedrooms that make it easy to unpack and feel right at home. It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. Staying at Paul’s place, you feel like part of the amazing Weeki community. Our family made lasting memories here, and we’re so grateful Paul shared this beautiful retreat with us. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was spotless and very welcoming. The access to the river is right around the corner and the dock and patios were a welcome spot to spend down by the water. We definitely had an amazing weekend and would love to book again in the future.

We had a great time at the house, loved kayaking and spending time outside! Inside was great - comfortable seating, kitchen is small as shown but 100% has everything you need. Perfect for our small family!

If you love lots of natural light, stunning water views, and easy water access that features a parade of manatees and dolphins- then this is the place for you. We loved our time at this house. Having kayaks available was a big plus. We went out everyday. The living spaces are large and comfortable, the bedrooms too. This is a truly special part of Florida. (spoken be a long time Floridian) We would stay here again.

I can’t say anything that will do justice on Brian’s behalf,it was like staying at a family members house. Another beautiful stay in a beautiful place, this home gives direct access to the weeki Wachee river, top Florida spring run. Lori is an awesome host. Great spot to paddle out of. Jumped out of bed on my paddle board and went up the river

Great little spot! This is the second time I come and stay here because the price and location is hard to beat.. we saw baby dolphin jumping right behind the house at sunset time, manatee, and along the river there were otters and deer and just so much beauty! Staying here is one of the easiest ways to see the Weekiwachee River. It has everything you need: AC beds with clean linens, clean kitchen and bathroom. Be sure to be prepared to share the outside area though! There is another rental above and the yard is a shared space (something I forgot all about.) Everyone we encountered from above was very nice. Also noticed the kayaks were upgraded since my last visit! Wonderful weekend all in all. Will be back.

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

5-Star Stay Near the Beach in Tarpon Springs! I had an amazing weekend at this Airbnb! The flat is exactly as described—clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The space had everything I needed: comfy bed, well-stocked kitchenette, and a nice little patio to enjoy my morning coffee. The location is fantastic—close to Sunset Beach, Howard Park, and the famous Sponge Docks. I loved being able to explore local shops and grab some delicious Greek food just minutes away. The place had bikes that you could ride for free to reach Sunset Beach or just for a ride. The host was super responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. You can tell they put thought into the little details, which really made the stay feel special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beachside escape. I’ll definitely be coming back!

2nd time staying with Aldo and once again he never disappoints. Greta stay and will be back if I’m in the area again.

Been to One of John's other place before. loved the Unit an location. very cozy. clean, everything you would need. also water & dryer was nice. Great outdoor deck. would go back. Great location to walk uptown

Rich was a very great host and so responsive! He even offered to come over to fix the TV remote at 9:00 at night before I figured it out. The place was beautiful and so clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and perfect for my wife and 2 kids to go and enjoy some time together. I would definitely come back!

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

I really loved my stay! It was super convenient for my needs. The property is beautiful, the apartment was great! Easy check-in, and Timothy was very responsive, not that I needed anything. A full kitchen, which is not always the case. It was easy to feel right at home. And the easiest check-out I've ever experienced! Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

The place was cozy and nicely decorated. Loved having breakfast in the enclosed porch. Bobby was friendly and flexible. I’d definitely stay there again!
