The house was beautiful! Everything was perfect and the hosts were very nice. We went on a family vacation and the home was perfect for what we needed. It is kid friendly. The pool area is nice great for entertaining the whole family. Everything was perfect! Thank you Jeff and Sandee!

Alexandra was easy to communicate with, especially since I had made a change to the reservation. My daughter lives in the complex, and when there is overflow family visiting Tampa, I will definitely book this place again.

My two sisters and I relaxed in every beautiful nook of this artistic home, had coffee in the greenery of the back patio, with the lovely sound of seagulls and fountain. The outdoor shower and swim spa were so refreshing after a day of shopping at the Sponge Docks. The kitchen was fully equipped for a nice dinner in the colorful dining room, followed by a soak in the hot tub! Sunset Beach was easy to locate from the house, and we were spoiled by comfortable beds and cool a/c when we returned! Our host, Jacque, was a delight, anticipating our every need.

The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

Excellent location of this cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The downtown area was only two short blocks away. The sponge dock area was less than a mile walk. The brewery across the street was an added plus. The hot water was quick and the fine spray shower pleasing. The tenants in the back were unnoticeable. The two drawbacks were the extremely loud bathroom fan and the need for light blocking shades although it wasn’t a problem for us. The 2nd bed might be a problem except for maybe children as there is only a divider between the two “bedroom” areas and there’s a skylight above the bed. That said for a couple the place is a great find.

This is our second time staying here and plan on always coming back! Thank you so much for letting us make unforgettable memories with our kids!

We’ve stayed at this home multiple times and keep coming back for a reason.. The house is always clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. This was such a peaceful and relaxing week with my mom and daughter. Way overdue for all of us as a perfect location and the pool was an added bonus. We enjoyed the restaurants and the relaxing atmosphere. Mary was a great host. Thanks again and hope to see you again next year

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

We very much enjoyed staying at Danita’s place and would stay there again. It was nice having a garage to park the car and my wife loved the bathroom and shower.

My fiancé and I along with our dogs had a great time staying at Elaine’s place! The house & views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Its a great deal for the luxury condo, hosts are always fast to respond and helpful. Awesome decoration and large balcony spectacular view.

House was perfectly located, close to our needs. It was pretty clean (some dust) but overall very pleasant and a great layout. Amenities were as described, washer/dryer were useful. fyi, if you are heavy coffee drinkers, be advised that the coffee pot is a small one. Naz was very helpful and communicative; we reached out to him after we had overlooked some basic instructions (we were looking for the house book, but it was provided online). We were able to check-in early - thanks Naz! The location was ideal and then neighborhood was quiet and clean. The pool was a very nice addition and was clean/chlorinated upon arrival. All in all, it was a great house in a nice location, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We would recommend staying here.

This was a wonderful place for my family to visit and spend time together. I loved the view and peace. Sharon is very hospitable very sweet! We will definitely go back!
