The host staff was excellent- very responsive and informative! The property was very private, clean, and comfortable. The host provided every basic amenity needed - coffee, coffee filters, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, regular towels, & beach towels. There are also most of the toys you’ll want to- fishing gear, pool toys, & swim gear. We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and very well equipped. House was very responsive and even checked in on us mid stay to see if we needed anything! Would definitely rent again

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

This was my first experience using Airbnb and David made it easy and responded quickly! Such a beautiful property and perfect for a family like mine. The pool was exceptional and although it was a shared pool we had it to ourselves majority of the time which was a plus. The horses are such a calming touch and nice to visit when you have the free time especially for the kiddos!

We’d definitely stay here again. It was a great place, wonderful outdoor space, great for fishing, pool, sand area and fire place! House seemed newly renovated, very clean, with no clutter and easy to enjoy. We stayed for 4 nights on a holiday weekend and still felt relaxed, and private. It’s also a perfect place if you have a boat, and for kids. Jennifer was responsive and great with communication. Thank you for the awesome stay!

good size house with a nice inground heated pool and 3 bathrooms. beds and pillows were comfortable. enough dishes and cookware to accommodate all of us. house is on a beautiful street, quiet mature neighborhood. only complaint was not having the arcade game available (that was to be a highlight for us) but we had ping pong and foosball. lg kitchen table and barstools for everybody to sit and comfortable couches. plenty of pool and beach toys in the garage for use!

Communication from beginning to end was amazing! The house was immaculately clean and just as described. Nestled on the end of the road in a quiet neighborhood, the property is on a beautiful deep water canal, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Jump off the dock and take a swim, or take a water adventure. There were several kyaks and a paddle board to explore the waters. We saw many manatee , which was amazing! If you like to paddle, this is the spot! We paddled to the salt springs and enjoyed the clear water. From beginning to end, great experience, great host, great location. Absolutely loved our stay at Gisele’s riverfront home. This place is a total gem! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house is spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for an unforgettable getaway. The location? Impeccable. Waking up to the river just steps away was pure magic. Having a 2 minute walk to Upper Deck bar/restaurant couldn't be more convenient. Whether you’re relaxing on the deck, kayaking in the river, or grilling with a view, this home delivers the full river experience. Gisele was a fantastic host and clearly takes pride in making sure guests feel right at home. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly, highly recommend! This is the kind of place you don’t want to leave!

Amazing place to stay on the springs! Super clean felt like home. Had everything you could need an more. Just pack your bag an your set. Very quiet an peaceful spot. Greeted by manatee at the dock as soon as we got there. Not a single complaint was perfect. Wish we would have stayed longer! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Lori’s house was perfection! From the decor, to the comfy beds, to having the house stocked with every single thing we may have needed, Lori has created an amazing getaway. She was so responsive when we had questions and truly seems to enjoy hosting. On our second night, we locked ourselves out of the house. (Watch that back door lock!!!) Lori drove 45 min to come to our rescue and handled the situation in the kindest most professional way, even though it was late at night. The bonus was getting to sit and chat with Lori and her sweet dog around the fire while we waited for the locksmith. This place is a gem!!!

This place was in a great location jumped right in the spring everyday saw manatee, otters, turtles and even 2 dolphin swam by, that made me so excited. enough paddle biards and kayaks for everyone and the boat was a bonus! beds were comfy got in the hot tub every night very relaxing, and best of all it was dog friendly I appreciated that I take my fur baby everywhere. over all I was extremely satisfied did not want to leave..lol. will definitely book again! We had a blast! It was easy to load the kayaks on the river and enjoy the springs. We enjoyed grilling out and relaxing on the back porch both nights. The house was clean, clutter free and exactly how it’s pictured on Airbnb. We will gladly stay there again.

Kelly’s home was exactly what we needed for our Mother/Daughter Retreat weekend. Home was clean, spacious and in a great location. There were 4 adults and 2 kids in our party. Plenty of space for us to spread out or play games together. We saw manatees right off the dock. We used the kayaks and it was a quick paddle to the main river. Beautiful crystal clear water. It was a fun, relaxing weekend. We would stay here again.

Our stay here exceeded expectations. The house has everything you need and then some. There are small touches that made a huge impact, like having lots charging stations set up throughout the house and the launch ramp for the kayaks. You have everything you need to have a memorable getaway. We saw several manatee and the afternoons in the water was wonderful.

We had a great weekend getaway! The river was gorgeous! Kayaks were a huge plus! We saw manatees right from the dock. Great location. Good restaurants close by. Enjoyed the coffee provided on the porch in the mornings. Very peaceful. Very clean. Would definitely stay again😊

This place was an absolute dream for my family and I , we never wanted to leave! Michelle was very friendly and responsive but didn’t show up or bother us at all during our stay! House is fully stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay! Kayaks were very nice and easy to use , complete with paddles and life jackets! We had an amazing manatee siting while paddling the canal the house is on! I would recommend this place to anyone, and we already plan on staying again next year!

The house was beautiful and had great access to the canal with a short paddle to the river. The host had great recommendations in the binder provided and check in/out instructions were very clear. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The dock was beautiful and had plenty of seating for us to enjoy nature. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary's place on the river/canal. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We were only there for a few days, but whenever we had questions, Mary replied very quickly. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Tabitha's place was as described. It has easy access to Weeki Wachee river. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We took our daughters and close friends as a graduation gift and they had a great time. I recommend it. It feels like home.

This place is amazing! the cul-de-sac is quiet, there's a ton to do and easy to get to on the kayaks and paddleboards provided. We loved the layout, the split floor plan with kids living room, game room and bedrooms upstairs. You will no be disappointed with any aspect of this home and booking, the cul-de-sac that the home is located on is nicknamed (the nursery) and we were able to watch a mom and her 2 babies hang out all day while we sat in the backyard.
