Apartment is very clean and there is everything you need. Simple, uncomplicated key handover. Despite the language, everything worked out well. Was very friendly. To the lake only a stone's throw and butcher, baker and ..... street opposite.

Fabulous apartment, good beds, lovely garden and a very friendly host. Close to a range of things to do, we visited Wolf's Lair during our stay. Would happily return if we needed to stay in the area again.

Spacious apartment, perfect for family 2+2. Fantastic location due to its proximity to marina, beach and restaurants. It also has small flaws because it makes it a little louder at night. Large public parking under the block, 20zł per night or 60zł per week.

You get a lot with Adam, you have not only an apartment, but a complete homestead with pond, barbecue area and a beautiful vegetable garden. A perfect location in a beautifull area! Adam takes care of and nurtures this beautiful courtyard with body, soul and love! The place is spotless, modern and extremely clean! You have everything you need here! Adam is a wonderful host who is extremely helpful. Uncomplicated and easy. I recommend this place to everyone!

The apartment is located directly on the lake, as shown in the picture. Downstairs is a jetty from which you can also swim. The landlady provides a canoe, a stand up paddle board and three bicycles. The living area with kitchen, dining area, living room and conservatory is large. The kitchen is unusually well furnished with high quality items. Everything is fine. The contact with the landlady was very good. The reception by her was very friendly, including Prosecco and fruit bowl.

Very nice, spacious and well equipped apartment in a modern building with an elevator. We liked the central location, fast internet and well equipped kitchen. Everything seemed new and well maintained. Location is in a quiet side street close to the city beach. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Private parking was available in the underground parking garage. This parking space might be a bit tight for large vehicles. Outside parking can be found easily as well.

Great place - peace, quiet, forest and no neighbors. The owner was nice, the house is clean and well-maintained, as well as the plot rounds. A great place for walks, families and people with dogs ;-) I highly recommend

We had a very quiet relaxing week. The check-in was super easy: The house was open and we could just go in (the check-out was the same). The beds were made, towels available. Upon arrival, we found that there was no coffee machine, after a short phone call with the contact person (also speaks English), a new Dolce Gusto machine was brought to us within 30 minutes, it was even offered to provide appropriate capsules, but we then got them ourselves. So, super fast and easy communication. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi at the time of our stay, but we got along well with our mobile data. The area is quiet, so exactly what we were looking for. You can sit very nicely on the covered terrace and quickly find your way around the house. We were very satisfied and would recommend it, also because of the great communication.

A stay in Lipowy Siedlisko cannot be assessed as part of renting a house, but more in terms of purchasing an experience. An isolated house on the edge of a small village where even the dog no longer barks. The nearest store is more than 10 kilometers from the place, and the silence is so felt that a person truly rests. I won't be cheating on experiences, but I could match the visit to my grandmother to the countryside, which is inhabited by a Masurian cottage from the old days and leaves us for a while - we have to cope and learn the secrets of this house to function normally. I may be writing for my husband, but you have to live it yourself. I recommend it.

Beautiful place where darkness is true darkness. The entire property and the cottage are very well-maintained, you can see your hand to this place. A well-equipped kitchen is also a big plus. You can sit here and really reset yourself. It's a pity that the dock is a little different and there is no ladder, and the entrance is muddy. After all, it's a great place.

Very charming, peaceful place. Perfect for groups with children (from outdoor attractions: swings, monkey grove, mud kitchen to the playroom inside the building: blocks, books, horses on poles; additionally a travel cot is provided). Very spacious property - large terrace, dining room, even an industrial kitchen with a very functional island and sinks. The rooms are also spacious, despite the fact that each offers at least 4 beds. Each room has a bathroom with a shower or bathtub. Additionally, there is a separate toilet downstairs. Outside, there is a place to light a fire, a grill, hammocks, deckchairs and a hot tub and sauna for an additional fee. Very nice and helpful hosts who were there when needed, and whose presence was completely unobtrusive. I recommend the place especially for larger groups (we were 11 girls).
