Sniazdowo is located just off the border of the Nadbużański Landscape Park (we especially recommend the nearby Jegiel Nature Reserve for walks). From our neighbors you can buy goat cheeses, honey and country eggs, go kayaking or go horseback riding, or even order a mobile sauna or pack (additional fees apply directly to the suppliers). In short: nature, harmony and relaxation just 50 km from Warsaw.

Our cottage is a house with 3 spacious rooms, a large kitchen with a tiled stove, a bathroom, a porch and a veranda. The cottage is surrounded by a large, fenced plot. On the plot there is, among others, a hammock, deckchairs, a gazebo with a barbecue. The offer includes a Jacuzzi tub ♨️ 💧 (for an additional fee). A bottle of wine awaits each of our guests. The large area of the property allows you to play volleyball or badminton. In our charming village there is also a beautiful sandy beach on the Liwiec River.

The cottage lies behind the village, secluded with a nice view of the forest and meadows/fields. You can light a bonfire, barbecue. Under the roof there is a ping pong table and an elliptical trainer. Child and dog friendly environment. On the plot there are: a cowshed with a woodshed , an old residential house inhabited in the summer, mainly on weekends, by the owner.

Tilio is a majestic who welcomed us into her shade and started the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, doesn't want to keep you inside. He climbed just above the quiet Liquor in a corner of a sprawling half-hectare plot. You'll find peace, inner peace, slowness. All shades of greenery, poetic sunsets from behind trees on the second shore, the soothing current of Liwca, and forest concerts of cypress trees, big balls, herons, and field spruces.

The cottage is located within the Nadbużański Landscape Park. This is not a typical house prepared for rent, it is a house prepared for ourselves, where we spend time from time to time in isolation from the city noise. The area is very calm, without noisy neighbors or tourists, with a view of meadows and fields as far as the eye can see. Excellent for ordinary rest or as a starting point for cycling, fishing or an ordinary barbecue with friends. Cottage is ozonated.

The forest stream is an oasis of peace in the middle of the forest, located less than an hour's drive from Warsaw. You have at your disposal the entire cottage on a charming plot with its own stream, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In September 2025, the cottage was partially renovated and refreshed. A garden hot tub with hydro-massage is available for guests to use free of charge throughout their stay.
