Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Es gibt viel zu erleben im Frühling und Sommer aber auch im Herbst und Winter gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Unser Garten steht unseren Gästen auf Absprache gerne zum spielen mit Kindern zur Verfügung. Kleine wie große Tiere gibt es zum streicheln und liebhaben. In 10Minuten Fußweg am schönen Tobelrand kommt man direkt zum Tobelbach. An unserem Hof führt direkt eine Langlaufloipe vorbei die bei guter Schneelage bestens gespurt ist. Ein Rodelhügel gibt es auch in der Nähe.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about a 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many attractions. e.g.: to Füssen to the royal castles and much more.
