(5-10min to Alexanderplatz) Natural light streams in throughout the day through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The highlight of the apartment is the unique winter garden - no matter the season. Lovely, quite studio close to Alexanderplatz.

Tiny studio in a quite area 15 minutes from Alexanderplatz by Tram. The studio is equipped with a sofa bed made for everynight sleeping. The accomodatiin is placed in a bigger apartment but totally independent.You share a little hallway with me. The area is quiet but central. The destrict got it's name "Weissensee" from the " White Lake" that is 5 Minute footwalk from here. Close by are supermarkets, a little Cafe' across the street and lot's of Berlin streetfoot on the Berliner Allee.

Cozy homefeeling next to lake Weissensee

Our flat is located around the corner of beautiful Weissensee lake. In the near proximity there are supermarkets and restaurants, as well as close access to tram station. We rent out the sleeping room which has a berlin-made futon mattress, a screen, a cupboard and a working station with adjustable-height desk, screen and chair. In the hallway to the bathroom there is a comfy leather couch. The kitchen is self-built and has all necessary tools, as well as spices, sauces, coffee beans.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Here you will find a mini apartment (18 square meters) with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Bed, kitchen and shower are open-plan and ensure that you do not feel confined, despite the few square meters. The toilet has its own door. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). We also live in the house and will be happy to help you with any questions or tips.

Charmantes Berliner Altbau Apartment in Weissensee

Adorable and generous apartment with peaceful bedroom towards the backyard and a cosy living and dining area. Small and delicious restaurants, shops for daily needs, a charming little cinema right at the front door. A direct tram connection to vibrant Prenzlauer Berg (5 stops), the S-Bahn ring (3 stops) and Alexanderplatz (8 stops) is located nearby. The green space around the lake Weisser See lies within walking distance. Weißensee is about 20 minutes from the center.

Sexy Central Flat with View, Home Working Perfect!

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! Large pavilion near beautiful Weissensee

A large bright apartment with private entrance is located in the quiet backyard. The bus and tram station are right in front of the house. Swimming lake with beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Cleaning guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 will be followed! Contactless check-in with key box.
