Welcome to Cherry Oak, a lovely two bedroom barn conversion, conveniently situated within the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire countryside. Via a picture window to the rear, you look out onto stunningly picturesque countryside as far as the eye can see, including an impressive view of the 'On Freedom's Wings' sculpture, and towards the front, the outlook is over our cottage-style garden with fruit trees and a generous lawn area. Dog friendly, with lots of local walks available 🐾

Self-contained two bedroom annexe in a quiet rural smallholding (with animals) located near the village of Ashby de la Launde, Lincolnshire, 14 miles south of the historic city on Lincoln. There are no amenities in walking distance, however there is a pub 3 miles away, and numerous shops in nearby villages approx. 5 miles away. The annexe comprises a lounge / kitchenette with rural views; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; one single bedroom, second toilet / utility room.
