Simple yet cozy place. Stacy was easy to communicate with. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small, but functional. Everything worked as needed and the place felt clean and well maintained.

Cozy, clean, & large space with amazing quiet bedroom for a great nights sleep! Highly recommend this stay.

Great place for work travel, all the amenities of being at home, plenty of cookware, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, etc. made it easy to be away from home for two weeks.

Brad and his staff were approachable, respectful, easy & very timely with their communication, and extremely friendly! Everything was described correctly. The bright sunshine that comes into the living rm through the sheers and skylight makes a big difference on mood, lots of Vit D!! :) esp. if you want to have some respite to offer your UNCO kiddo. He's a big tub kid so the bathtub they don't have in dorms was a huge hit! Kitchen has everything you need if flying in. I prefer a harder bed for my back but that's just me! It's still very comfortable! The rollaways are great as far as rollaways go (like upscale hotel quality). I don't mind stairs, but FYI there are 2 flights to climb to the best loft. Great place to have coffee downstairs at Margie's extremely close to campus. Depending on how many of our family come next visit, we'd love to stay here again! Lovely, quiet, and super clean which I loved. It’s in a nice, safe residential neighborhood. Amy’s communication was exceptional which we really appreciated. We chose this place for the close proximity to our kid’s place and it was bonus to have access to a community pool with a children’s pool. It was just their size and our grandkids loved it! The bed has a pretty firm mattress which was a little too firm for us, but everything else was exceptional.

This place was small and cozy. Just what we needed for a shorter stay. Big outdoor area for our little to run around. Thanks for a great stay.

Our family time was met with such a serene place with lots to do. Matthew provided games, and items throughout the home to make our stay comfortable. We all enjoyed our time out by the lake, fishing, and our visits from the lakes wildlife. We would definitely recommend Matthew's place for family time or just a private get away.

We were attending wedding activities over three days in Longmont which is a half hour drive each way so we were on the fence about booking Marda's place. We're so glad we did though. There are too many special touches to mention them all, but we loved the hardwood floors, the tile choices in kitchen and bath and the comfortable bed with beautiful linens. Plus the windows are great, letting in lots of natural light while keeping the house very quiet. There's a covered porch out back with a table and chairs, all looking out on a green lawn and some big trees. Also provided were two bikes with helmets, but we didn't use them because we'd brought our own. The bike paths in the area are wonderful. The place had everything we needed and the house manual and other instructions for kitchen appliance, w/d, etc., are there if you need them. I highly recommend the Love Shack!

Such a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was super exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The views were amazing and the neighborhood was peaceful.

Steph's Zen Den was a great place to relax outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Fort Collins. Definitely would stay here again!

Diane was an amazing host. The space was immaculate and made you feel right at home. She went over and above to make sure we had a wonderful experience. She provided a snack basket and all other amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at Diane’s.

Always a pleasure to stay at Kyle's place. Really feels like home. Plenty of supplies if you want to cook. One of the things I appreciate is the ABUNDANCE of pillows/cushions! Sounds minor, but as an older couple we always need multiple cushions for our backs and to elevate our feet lol. If there is anything you need, Kyle is usually able to provide it. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. Cute front porch to enjoy if the weather permits. Great to watch the thunderstorms that frequent the area. He's also working on a wonderful front garden that attracts bees and birds, and the sound of crickets is so relaxing. Can't recommend Kyle's place enough!

Andrea was incredibly kind, patient, and an overall fantastic host! The home was clean, cozy, and a short distance from UNC and downtown Greeley. Andrea goes above and beyond to be accommodating (towels, toothbrush, soap, detergent, etc. ) and make you feel welcome. There is also a beautiful deck to enjoy spending time outdoors with your family. I would highly recommend Andrea to any interested in staying in the area!

Oh my gosh, I felt like I was in Airbnb HEAVEN!! It was easily the most amount of space I’ve ever had at an Airbnb, easily the nicest bathroom, and easily the most access to different streaming apps on his tv, just to name a few. Joe is a phenomenal host and I highly recommend! It was worth every penny.

This apartment was amazing. I was on a work trip and this provided me a feeling of home. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had a great feel and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice and easy to get around. The area was quiet and easy parking.

The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

Very nice place and great neighborhood! Would consider coming back here.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

What a lovely apartment in downtown Windsor. Great for anyone. If you go on the weekend, check out the farmers market. Lots of cool restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended. Will visit again. Thank you!
