Welcome to our home away from home that is super central, light filled, stylish and fun. Nestled amongst some of Wellingtons finest cafes such as Prefab which is opposite, the Mystic Kitchen is just a few doors along from our apartment and Caffe L'Affare is but a stones throw away. Damascus is around the corner in Tory St as is Le Bouillon Bel Air, Apache plus many more great cafes, restaurants together with everything the city has to offer is all but a short walk away.

Warm Studio Apartment

Warm studio apartment in Eastern Wellington. Close to Wellington airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie and Akau Tangi/ASB sports centre. The apartment is a self contained unit on the ground floor of a two story house. We live in the top floor with our three year old and newborn daughters so please expect to hear children. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.

The living room features a unique 'Leafy Nestpod' couch nestled within a mini house structure. Soft bean bags and an elegant armchair complement the space, while large windows adorned with sheer curtains invite natural light, revealing tranquil views of the outside.
