Return booker. Travelling for work. Perfect modern studio, right on the sea front. Very clean. Lots of nice additional touches. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

2nd time at this lovely homey apartment - the location is perfect for what we needed really near the shops and pubs - i took my 93 yr old father and he loved that within a 20 meter walk he could be having a pint at the Golden Fleece - also great food - it’s a really homey warm and comfortable place with the best views -the kitchen is extremely well equipped - nothing you could need more - Wi-Fi great and the place is always lovely and warm the lift is great too if you need it - overall it’s just lovely - would stay again in a heartbeat

Chalet is fantastic – highly recommended! The chalet is the perfect size for four people – we were a group of three this time, so it felt especially spacious. The site is peaceful, with friendly and quiet neighbours, which made for a very relaxing stay. The marina is just a two-minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of beaches within a short drive, and a great selection of restaurants all within easy walking distance. Dennis is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Lovely apartment in a great location and central to everything. Ideal for families with a smooth check in process. The rooms were well furnished with comfortable beds and everything we needed. We very much appreciated having a family bathroom and a separate ensuite. Welcome pack was a nice touch too. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The views from the place are amazing! Very easy to find with the instructions given. The place was very clean and tidy. Walking distance to the beach and amenities in town. Would definitely look to stay here again

This is a lovely place to stay, the hosts were friendly and welcoming and the rental unit is perfect for a weekend stay. It has everything you could need and is modern and cosy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking in the area.

I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.

Beautiful space with a quality finish and lots of thoughtful aspects. Beyond our expectations and was lucky to be able to check in a little earlier too. Will not hesitate to recommend and would love to return. Plenty to do in the area and considerate, welcoming hosts. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful two bed en-suite appartment, ground floor so great for my elderly in laws who came with us. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is provided. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Great showers in each en-suite. It was quiet to say close to other appointments. I Would definitely recommend Sarah's place, my mother in-law didn't want to leave, we would love to return in the not too distant future : )

we had a very relaxing stay at the coastguards cottage. The house is beautiful and we felt right at home and the surroundings are just as stunning. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away from the business of city life for a few days! There is limited electricity as advertised but we had no issues and were easily able to charge phones and lights.

The Pump House exceeded all of our expectations. The setting was breathtaking—surrounded by peaceful nature, with beautiful views in every direction. It was the perfect place to switch off and enjoy some true tranquility. The architecture of the property is remarkable—thoughtfully designed with a stylish blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. It looks amazing in the photos, but in person, it's even more impressive. The accommodation itself was spacious and easily fit all 14 of us, with room to spare. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of exceptional quality, and every one of us slept incredibly well in the comfortable beds. We came prepared for the bugs, so I’d definitely recommend bringing citronella candles and repellent—not one of us got bitten! The remote location was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature—it made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Lorraine was a great host with a beautiful property - recommended!

This is the second time I have stayed at Amanda's home. Set over three floors, it is an excellent place to live comfortably. This is the first time i have taken a pet, and she was very well behaved. Because the house is in a lovely neighbourhood we acknowledge sound curfews, and we were very careful not to disturb any of the neighbours. Cars are easily parked and generally safe. A perfect place to stay, where we enjoy walks and the local maritime features. The Gorleston-on-Sea beach has to be the best ever. I always like to leave a place as i found it, and I don't think our host will be in anyway disappointed that we left it beautifully clean. Thank you to our lovely host, and we hope to visit again.

Janet and Mark are excellent hosts and we can’t recommend them enough! Arrival was easy and Mark provided some excellent recommendations. The space was clean and had many amenities making the stay extra comfortable. We hired the canoe and took a fun trip on the Waveney with our pup. Communication with Janet was speedy and she was very helpful with any questions. Overall the area was beautiful, the space was lovely and hosts were super accommodating- Thank you for hosting us!!🐶😊☀️

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

You can almost dip your toes in the sea seating on the sofa in the lounge. It is that close to the beach. !

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location, easy walking distance from the railway station and the city centre. The apartment was very clean, and it felt very luxurious having a large living room as well as the kitchen and bedrooms. We appreciated nice touches like the snacks that were left for us. The instructions for getting in sounded a bit complicated, but actually it was easy once the pub staff showed us where the door up to the apartment was.
