We were immediately really touched by the thoughtful offerings upon arrival : croissants, butter, jam, granola and more… We found the flat really well equipped and comfortable. The only thing my partner could not find was a colander ! My bed was so comfortable that I even enquired where it came from. We would have extended our stay only it was already booked ..we did feel at home and appreciated having a roof terrace to sit outside when it wasn’t raining. Karen was helpful, communicative and friendly . Thanks so much for a good stay !x

This is such a welcoming and cosy place, we feel so at home that we rebooked immediately. We love that it feels like someone’s home ( our home for a short while !) rather than a cold, targeted air b and b place. It feels as if it has been well loved and lived in. We found it the most relaxing place to stay of our Wells stays. It honestly felt just like going home and that’s a lovely feeling when you are away. I am not sure if I might maybe add streaming options for watching films on the huge comfortable sofa and chair. Unless I missed something .. yet that’s just a tiny point when the real point is this is a lovely and welcoming place, with good amenities , washing machine, etc, as listed. It was a bit chilly in wells during our stay and the owners were really accommodating in instructing us how to turn the heating up , which was kind. I recommend this place highly for comfort, character, location, and welcome . Thank you for a homely stay .

We had a lovely 2 night stay while visiting Wells (5 minutes away by car). It is beautifully and tastefully furnished with a very comfortable bed (5 stars for the bed as well!). Sally and James are real Superhosts: we felt at home and their responses were always quick and helpful. Very highly recommended for a break in Wells or for enjoying the beautiful Somerset countryside.

Great position and close to town. It was a nicely kept place and we felt at home immediately. The flowers in a vase were a sweet touch. We enjoyed the immediate hot water too. The flat was quiet and in lovely surroundings with a stream running by. The parking was easy and it was great being on a major bus route to and from Wells, Bath etc.

we had a great stay at William's house. looks exactly like the photos. one car parking space provided but no problem to find parking on the road for our 2nd vehicle. short walk into Wells. lovely!
