The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

The cottage oozes character, from the oak beams to the huge inglenook fireplace with woodburner. Well equipped kitchen with traditional oak table and pews.
