Die sieben Meter hohen Fensterfronten mit Weitblick in Richtung Westen über die Feuchtwiesen des Vogelschutzgebiets lassen Euch jeden Abend auf dem Sofa den Sonnenuntergang genießen, während der Kamin knistert.

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Upstairs are three 15 sqm bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room, a separate toilet, the utility room with washing machine and freezer. From there you can access the 30 sqm south-facing terrace and the 800 sqm garden with whirlpool and sauna house.

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
