Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely period features carefully restored. Rural quiet equestrian countryside with around 45 minute drive to some lovely beaches. A thatched Semi detached part of a Devon Longhouse around 400 years old. This little quaint cottage/annex has lots of period features. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with around 45 minute drive to the sea and some beautiful North Devon beaches. A quiet simple countryside retreat. NB: No takeaways available

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Jasmine Cottage Labdon Farm, Mid Devon

Jasmine cottage is one of two adjacent cottages on Labdon Farm, set in idyllic Devon countryside. It is stone built, beamed with inglenook fireplace, original bread oven, and complete with log burner. Adjacent to Heywood Wood, the cottage is surrounded by acres of woodlands and miles of footpaths for the nature lovers. If you walk quietly you may see some of our beautiful wildlife living here on Labdon Estate. Close to charming villages, good pubs and within reach of the coast and moors.

This delightful converted barn nestles in an area of outstanding natural beauty in Mid Devon. Jackdaws cottage is a perfect retreat where you can truly relax and unwind and enjoy the beautiful countryside and stunning views. Situated on a farm, there are ponds, country walks and a haven of animals and wildlife. The perfect country getaway for you to explore the quaint villages, cosy pubs nearby and enjoy the starry skies. Ideally located close to North Devon coast, Dartmoor and Exmoor.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

'Iris Lodge' is one of four private lodges, situated on the 5.5 acre site of Venn Lakes, Winkleigh. Westerly-facing, guests can expect spectacular sunsets, water glistening and the surrounding, established trees and warm glows of the sun reflected in the lake.
