We had a wonderful stay at the apartment - everything was well equipped and exactly as described. Even our special request was solved within a short spell. The surrounding needs still some time to develop, but didn’t bother us. A bakery and a nice café are just arround the corner.

Very nice accommodation with a fantastic view and the sound of the waves. An absolute insider tip. We were skeptical at first because of the house complex (large concrete block by the sea) and were greeted by a dim, poorly lit hallway on the 10th floor. The adventure of the underground garage was also an experience, since I do not own a small car and the garage dates from a time when people did not plan for such large cars. The charm of the underground car park is also very "special" :-) But.....as soon as you enter the apartment on the 10th floor, any skepticism disappears. The decor is very nice and tasteful. Modern kitchen with good amenities, the folding bed is really very cozy with a mattress that is not laid out. We were very positively surprised. The bathroom is a dream, great furnishings and absolutely clean! The view and the permanent sound of the sea transformed the stay into a dream weekend. -> Very happy to come back <-

Eva is an attentive and very pleasant hostess, her explanatory videos were welcome and it's original! Everything is well organized to fully enjoy the stay without hassle! Well located apartment, very clean and well equipped! An ideal view of magnificent sunsets! In short, we loved it.

Angele was awesome and very helpful. You need to bring your own linens and towels unless you want to pay an additional fee. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. So you’ll need to be able to navigate stairs if staying there.

The flat is very nicely decorated. It has an amazing view, very relaxing. Spending time in the flat was a joy. It is located in the area where you can find many restaurants, beach clubs, supermarket etc. One of the best opportunity was to walk by the very nice seaside in the mornings. We would stay in the same flat next time as well.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Anouk‘s. The place is beautifully furnished in a way that matches the unbeatable views. It’s also really well located to spend time not only at the long, sandy beach right in front of the house, but also to visit Brugge and Gent. ☀️

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very well maintained, nothing was missing (clean towels and bed linen, complete kitchen equipment). The sea view from the balcony was particularly beautiful and when it rained from the living room through the huge balcony window. The apartment is cozy, we felt immediately at home. Frederik is very nice, courteous, helpful. In case of problems, you could call him immediately, but everything went very well with us. We would come back anytime and recommend the apartment. We were very much looking forward to this beautiful location, between booking and actual arrival pleasant contact with Philip. We were told the day before that we could enter the apartment earlier. The apartment is a gem. Beautiful sea view. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, we returned to the Netherlands earlier. The contact afterwards was also extremely pleasant and full of understanding. I can really recommend this place. And we will definitely do our weekend and time over in Philip's apartment!

We spent an extended weekend here as 2 married couples. The apartment is high-quality and in mint condition. Very bright. 13th floor with large wrap-around balcony. Beds, towels, all furnishings high quality. View of the very nearby sea. Only restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity are bad. Baker 2 minutes' walk. 5 stars total.

The apartment is ideally located, renovated, tastefully arranged. Everything is nearby. We will definitely come back.

We spent a wonderful half term break in Belgium staying at Dirk’s apartment. It is right on a beautiful sandy beach which provided the perfect place to relax in the evenings after busy days spent sightseeing. The apartment is in a period building overlooking the sea. We wanted somewhere which was accessible to Bruges. It was 20 minutes by car. Ghent was 50 minutes and Brussels was an 1 hr 20 minutes. We were there out of main season so the area was very quiet and not many places to eat but there were lots of options slightly further down the coast a short drive away. The accommodation itself was as described, the beds were very comfortable and the living room large and extremely modern. There is only one toilet and I would say that the kitchen and bathrooms were not quite as modern as the rest of the apartment. We loved Belgium and wished that we had visited sooner.

We had already occupied this apartment in 2024. The second occupation of 2025 confirmed our assessments of the previous year. This home is well-equipped, clean and quiet despite the proximity of the access to the center of Haan. This home is perfect for three adults and a small child. Access to the dike and beach is easy, shops are not too far away. The view of the villas and nature is pleasant. Our host, Mieke, is very responsive and communication is easy and accurate. We'll think about coming back for a third stay.

Martina is a great hostess. From booking to check-out, she accompanied us perfectly with information and tips. Communication was great. The apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is also perfectly clean. The view from the balcony is stunning and you can also look directly at the sea from the bed. We will be happy to come back!

A tastefully furnished and decorated luxury apartment, in a quiet residence and in perfect condition of maintenance. The 32nd floor with two terraces gives you breathtaking views. The sun is there from morning to night. One side sea and the other side of town for breakfasts in the sun and aperitifs in the evening on the sea side, a treat. Linens are provided, up to the combo and slipper, for the shower or hot tub exit. The instructions before departure and arrival were very clear, thank you to Patricia for her warm welcome, discretion and instructions. We had a great weekend with the nice weather. I recommend it. Only downside, will be missing a parking space because be careful, parking on Ostend is very expensive. Thank you again. Christophe.

We came to Marie Hélène's to accompany our little one to the soccer tournament in Dunkirk this weekend! Ideal and very heavenly place to rest and relax! We enjoyed spending time on the terrace with the little sun we had! A big thank you for the comfort provided during this short stay (extra bed) We will come back I think but as vacationers to enjoy all the amenities! A superb 5 star apartment furnished and kitted out to a very high standard. So comfortable and very quiet with easy access for parking. Would love to stay again when we are next in that area in Belgium and hopefully use the outside space which looked delightful when the weather is better,

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

Upon arrival, it was exactly as in the pictures. We just had a whole house to ourselves. Very nicely decorated and it all had a luxurious look. We also made wonderful use of the hot tub and bath. We enjoyed it.

Ideally located between the city center of Dunkirk and the beach of Malo les Bains, the accommodation was spacious, quiet, clean and well-equipped. In addition, our host was available, responsive, welcoming and attentive to our needs. Perfect for exploring the area. Very nice stay.

Very good stay spent in this apartment, very clean, romantic, very nice furniture and amenities, comfortable bedding, beautiful colors. Amazing balneo and very easy to use, same for the sauna. Beautiful shower. The host is very welcoming and friendly, he gives us all the tips and information for a pleasant stay. He is very available and responsive.
