Monthly Rentals in Wenshan District

We spent over a month in this apartment and had a fantastic stay! Robyn and David were very welcoming, always checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The flat is spacious, clean, and comfortable; perfect for exploring Taipei and working remotely. It’s well-equipped for cooking at home and stocked with everything needed for a longer stay -cleaning supplies, toiletries, and pantry essentials. We were there in winter but the warm blankets and AC-heating units kept us cozy. The location is convenient, just a 2min walk from the MRT. The neighbourhood is peaceful with several parks nearby, including great views of Taipei 101 from Fuzhou Shan Park. We also loved using YouBikes to get around, easy and free for the first 30min! There’s everything you need nearby: cafes, restaurants, shops. As a vegetarian, I particularly enjoyed 綠之園素食店 (a pay-by-weight buffet) and 玉葵屋 (tasty veggie ramen). Would absolutely stay here again!

Such a warm home!In five days it really became our little home.The owner is very hospitable and makes us feel like home (* ω ´) There are many delicious food around the house, and there is also a good shopping area • • The owner also gave us some free bubble noodles and chocolate, so we are happy when we enter the door.

Hua’s apartment was absolutely beautiful in all aspects. Very close the the MRT (20minutes from central Taipei) + Maokong Gondola Station (a short walk away) & an easy 5 minutes walk to the supermarket & shops. The view is truly epic. The bed very comfortable, bathroom excellent (even the soaps provided) + air conditioning made even hot days comfortable. We cooked for ourselves in the kitchen which was brilliant (as I have allergies & it’s not always easy to eat out whilst travelling) The kitchen is large, clean & well equipped. We’d love to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location, just a short walk to the MRT. Communication was excellent from the start; our host was very responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy. We really appreciated the quick replies and clear instructions. Would definitely stay again—highly recommend!
