Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.

Archie the lurcher and I had a great couple of nights at Bluebell cabin. The cabin is set in at the back of the large field with trees to screen the fishing lakes and camping areas at the front. In addition, the cabin is set in a private fully fenced gravelled area with it's own picnic table. The area is dog safe unless you have one that likes to clear a 4 foot gate! Inside, the cabin was very clean and all the amenities were as described. For the connected generation, some sockets had USB outlets, the site WiFi mainly worked and the mobile signal was fine. I enjoyed a nice pint of cider in Rondo's, the on-site bar and two great breakfasts at Hubbles, the adjoining cafe. I particularity liked The Veggie One - Avocado and grilled Halloumi on a toasted muffin! The site is a bit remote unless you want to do some fishing or join in with one of the regular events on site. We had a day out in Bury St Edmunds which is about 40 minutes away.

This is the ideal setting for a peaceful and relaxing break in nature. Karen has created a magical space with everything you could possibly want in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Highlights for our family were sitting round the fire toasting marshmallows, cooking and eating outdoors, playing with the many toys and games provided, feeding the ducks and watching the sheep in the next field, stargazing and we all had the best nights sleep in the yurt which is extremely cozy, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Karen is an outstanding host who is very attentive and genuinely wants her guests to feel at home and have a wonderful stay, which we certainly did! We travelled by train to Downham Market (about a 10 min taxi ride to the property) and were very happy to walk in the surrounding countryside and just chill out in the field but for those with a car wanting to explore further afield, there are so many places to visit, especially for families. We can't wait to return!

This is a lovely place to stay, the hosts were friendly and welcoming and the rental unit is perfect for a weekend stay. It has everything you could need and is modern and cosy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking in the area.

This was a delightful place to stay, with a lovely private area at the back (with visiting chickens and peacocks!) which we really enjoyed. The grounds around the cabin were so peaceful and cool and we really enjoyed wandering around. Everything that was needed to be comfortable was available and all spotless. The welcome eggs were delicious. We would go back again without hesitation!
