The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Saubere, ruhige, komplett eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung (107qm) für bis zu 8 Personen.Ein Kinderreisebett ist vorhanden auf Anfrage.Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, TV+Netflix, WLAN sowie Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk eines Familienhauses. Außenbereich mit Terrasse und großer Rasenfläche kann gerne mitgenutzt werden. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, somit können die umliegenden Städte wie z.B. Oldenburg bequem erreicht werden.

Diese gemütlich Dachwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung über einer Garage im schönen Lastrup und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Sie verfügt über ein schönes, helles Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschtisch und WC. Nur eine Straße weiter befindet sich das Naturschwimmbad mit Hallenbad. Der schöne Dorfpark mit See sowie Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken, Ärzte, Friseur etc. sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

We have furnished this newly renovated, centrally located and spacious apartment as if we would move in there ourselves... ;-) 4 people will find plenty of space here on almost 90 m²! Great bathroom with rain shower, comfortable bed in the bedroom, steamer in the kitchen, 75-inch TV in the living room, storage room with washer-dryer, sofa bed in the living room, terrace with furniture and a house bar in the living room! Of course, with Wi-Fi and the possibility to accommodate bicycles.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Papenburg( Meyerwerft) und Leer mit seiner schönen historischen Altstadt. Da immer wieder negativ Bewertungen hinterlassen werden bezüglich des Standortes. Die Unterkunft ist ZWISCHEN Papenburg und Leer. Beide sind ungefähr 12 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden im Dorf. In der Nähe ist das Freizeitpark am Emsdeich, wo man im Sommer prima baden kann. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Geschäftsreisende. Eigenen Aufgang.

A pretty, private, one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette in a charming style awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a single-family house. Papenburg is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, natural, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp Estate, which hosts various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is located in my house, you have your own entrance area.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

The North Sea in just over an hour. Esterwegen, as a recreational area in the beautiful Nordhümmling, is ideal for idyllic bike tours and relaxed walks to or around the memorial with the adjacent marshland adventure trail.
