In the 3300m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

Renovated old farmhouse near the IJsselmeer

Enjoy peace, space and cosiness in this authentic farmhouse. Our farmhouse was built in 1904 according to West Frisian model, and has served as a garnish shop in addition to farmhouse. When we bought the farm, he was 116 years old, and had the necessary overdue maintenance. A little bit of a renovation of the house, so it now has well-functioning heating! We'll put Airbnb's proceeds back in the house, so we're now saving for the rooftop renovation.

Our tiny house on wheels is a brand new built caravan that we have built and furnished at our own discretion and wishes. It is located behind our studio surrounded by lots of greenery. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers.

Cozy Pipo with hot tub & swing on the water

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a 2-person swing. From the love-seat you can watch TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Hot tub, kayak or 2 SUP boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.
