Welcome to our studio in the pedestrian zone in the center of Harburg, the district on the southern side of the Elbe. It is located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building and is part of our penthouse apartment. However, our apartment and the studio are completely separated from each other with their own apartment door, so that our and also your privacy, dear guest, is preserved. The studio is very centrally located, so everything can be reached in a few minutes.

Harưand is located in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and can be easily reached via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, there is the possibility of extensive hikes such as the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping 6-8 km away.

It is pleasantly bright due to the 3 floor-to-ceiling, south-facing windows and wonderfully warm due to the underfloor heating. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a towel dryer, a large sink and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, sink and refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery and pots are available for 2 people.

A bus stop is located right in front of the building, and the motorway can be reached within a few minutes. Shops and the hospital are also nearby. The top-floor location creates a cozy living atmosphere – however, it can get a bit warmer during the summer months.
