Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
