Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes can be reached via small stairs. Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale equipment, as well as fantastic Weserblick. The property is located directly on the Weserdich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open pointed floor room offer enough space for up to five people with two double beds and a sofa bed.
