Wenn du Lust hast, auf eine sehr individuelle Ferienwohnung, in der alles Neu ist, bist du hier genau richtig. Der Garten ist inzwischen auch fertig gestellt. Bitte bedenkt das in der Ferienwohnung ein 160 cm Bett und ein Schlafsofa mit 140x180 cm ist. Bequem ist die Wohnung also für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zu bewohnen.

Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping 6-8 km away.

This charming 2-room attic apartment (2nd floor) impresses with its central location in Delmenhorst. A bus stop is located right in front of the building, and the motorway can be reached within a few minutes. Shops and the hospital are also nearby. The top-floor location creates a cozy living atmosphere – however, it can get a bit warmer during the summer months.
