As an agricultural cultural heritage, we have our 2nd apartment below ready. We have taken over the style from the previous owner and continued it. We call it "pretty rustic." There is one bedroom with a bed (180 × 200). A children's room with a bunk bed (top 90 × 200 bottom 140 × 200 and 2 sofa beds. A shower that was built to be suitable for the disabled (140 x 120) A sink was built 10 cm lower, e.g. for children. On request, the top and bottom can also be booked together.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Mein Häuschen gebe ich gerne an Durchreisende oder Urlauber weiter. Es liegt zentral im Ort nicht weit vom Deich entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. 3 Fahrräder (Erw.)+ 1 Pucky 20 Zoll können nach Absprache gegen geringe Gebühr auch dazugebucht werden. E-Bike auf Anfrage ebenfalls. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen. Der Garten in Südwest Lage bietet ein Gartenhaus, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Liege und eine Entspannungshängeschaukel

The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.
