Absolutely beautiful location and property. - If you are looking for that much needed peace and tranquility then this is the place for you. Excellent hosts that will greet you with a warm and friendly welcome. Only 10 minutes drive, visiting gorgeous Salcombe with breathtaking harbour is a must! For those keen shoppers there are plenty of little boutiques, including the renowned Will Bees. Definitely a place to return!

The place is absolutely lovely, as soon as we opened the door we just wanted to get in and settled and explore. Lovely arrangement with bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and living space and kitchen areas upstairs. Lovely modern and homely aesthetics and fully catered kitchen. Windows all around the living space, easy to throw open and let in the lovely sea air and sound of the gulls! Best thing - the view from the window by the living room table - like looking at a picture postcard out over the estuary. Throws were put out in bedrooms and in living space, and all details you could need in a folder left for you upstairs. Ursula left us supplies for breakfasts and cups of tea, coffee, etc, and even plenty of sparkling water. All these things make for a great start to the stay. There is shared access to a garden but we didn't utilise this on our stay. Easy access to the property, easy to find, central, minutes down to the estuary. Wonderful. And Ursula is very warm and friendly.

The place is even better than the pics. Bed really comfy and the space is fab and really nicely decorated as well. We come to Kingsbridge every year and this is 100% the best place we’ve stayed in. 100% will be back!

Very pleasant, tatefully furnished & well equipped apartment, perfectly situated opposite the quay, so ideal for walkable access to the town. Very comfortable bed, & warm in the apartment for our stay in March. Very helpful and clear instructions from the host. There isn’t an allocated parking space, so you will need to find non- restricted, on-street parking nearby. Not a problem for us in March, during busier times you may need to use the car park directly across the street. A very enjoyable stay and would use again
