Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

This is a family owned real estate that immediately makes you feel at home. Hosts are very kind and proactive, house and terrace are clean, lots of green trees to walk. It’s not too close to the sea so renting a car is mandatory but if you do, it’s a perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

Our host was amazing. The house is beautiful. Our host told us a great restaurant for dinner and a bakery for breakfast. Would recommend this place to others.

Really great villa for 10 people Had lots of amenities

Olympia is very welcoming, the villa is beautiful with an amazing private beach gate to enjoy the blue sea. we were 8 people and definitely had a perfect time at Olympia's

Geweldige host, had georganiseerd dat er een taxi voor ons klaarstond op vliegveld. Ook is er een kok wezen koken voor ons, toen we naar Athene centrum wilden heeft de host er ook voor gezorgd dat we daarnet een taxi kwamen en terug naar airport idem. Het huis en zwembad en terras zijn echt geweldig!!

Beautiful place and krassy is very nice person

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We had a wonderful stay at Maria's beautiful villa. The space was perfect for our group of 8 to be comfortable with each person having their own room and private bathroom. There are plenty of amenities included - we used the downstairs kitchen area for mealtimes, which leads to the outside space and and exterior covered dining area offering shade from the sun. The house also comes complete with air-conditioning throughout and window nets, keeping the inside of the house cool and free of insects. The pool area, complete with multiple loungers, was great for relaxation and many trees in the spacious gardens offered shade and peace. This is a fabulously tranquil and relaxing space with a great number of good restaurants, and bakeries, only a few minutes away. Maria is a welcoming and gracious host who quickly responds to any queries, and clearly cares deeply about the well-being and enjoyment of her guests. We would not hesitate to visit this fabulous property again. Thank you Maria!

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s castle which was beautifully appointed and accommodation which suited our needs perfectly. 9 adults and 10 children age range 13 down to 9 months. The area is stunningly beautiful, peaceful with lovely beaches close by and swimming off the rocks below the villa a pleasure. Good tavernas close by. Michael was a wonderful attentive host. All in all a bit of paradise.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Konstantinos! Location was great, we didn't have a car so just walked into town and to the port very easily but the villa was in a peaceful location. Konstantinos helped us organise a tour of a pistachio farm and was very friendly. If we are ever in Aegina again we would definitely come back!

This is the absolute place to be, the house and its amenities are absolutely grandieux; the pool is enormous, the bar is fully equipped even with professional decks and lighting for night parties, the kitchen is amazing, there is different verandas that can be used throughout the day, a Villa with a capital V, and another V for VMF. Also the location is perfect few minutes from the beach and less than a minute drive to the local market and amenities where you can find literally all you need. Stefanos is so helpful and discreet he ll solve any issue and answer every single question. Cant wait to go back

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

Κάναμε την αποκάλυψη για το φύλο του μωρού μας με οικογένειες και κουμπάρους. Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, όμορφη θέα , πρασινάδα ηρεμία και ησυχία !! Ήμασταν άνετοι όσο αφορά την φασαρία (λόγω παιδιών). Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο οικοδεσπότης, έμενε στο δίπλα σπίτι και πάντα με διακριτικότητα ρωτούσε εάν είμαστε εντάξει και χρειαζόμασταν κάτι!!! Ότι πρέπει για μεγάλες παρέες!!

Η βίλα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη για τις διακοπές μας, με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Ήταν πεντακάθαρα όλα τα δωμάτια, βολική τοποθεσία με εύκολο πάρκινγκ σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή. Η πισίνα και εξωτερικός χώρος ενθουσίασε όλη την παρέα!! Ο οικοδεσπότης μας βοήθησε άμεσα σε ότι ερώτηση είχαμε!!

Wir waren zu 13 als Familie in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war alles Super und wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen können. Die einzigen Punkte die uns aufgefallen waren: - Kein Schlüssel für das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Wir hatten auch Gäste da und bei so vielen Personen war das unangenehm. Der Gastgeber hat dies selbst erst bemerkt als wir eingecheckt haben. Für viele Mängel wurden die letzten Besucher verantwortlich gemacht. Aber ersetzt oder repariert wurde nichts, was wir schade fanden. - Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser für die Dusche nach Mitternacht. Selbst nach langem probieren gab es Nachts kein warmes Wasser und wir mussten bis zum morgen warten. Dies war nicht so optimal, da wir so viele Personen waren und ich mich abends für meine Hochzeit fertig machen wollte. - Wir hatten 2 Babybetten, jedoch fehlte die Matratze für eines und wir haben kein ersatz bekommen. Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir würden die Villa empfehlen.

Dit huis is het einde, wát een mooie dagen hebben wij als gezin beleefd in deze fantastische villa! Wij werden super opgevangen en het speelgoed voor onze zoon stond al klaar. Overal is over nagedacht en het was ook brandschoon. Het contact met George en Lenia was heel vertrouwd, wij voelden ons erg thuis en ze waren heel lief voor ons. Aan het einde kregen we een mooi presentje mee wat ons altijd zal bijblijven. Niet noodzakelijk, maar het persoonlijke en warme contact zorgt net voor die extra beleving. Bedankt voor de onvergetelijke ervaring!

Amazing experience. Occasus villa is really captivating, spacious rooms, nicely decorated, with BBQ option and last but not least a wonderful medium sized pool that helps visitor's relaxation. The best choice if someone wants to chill out and recharge his batteries with the company of his friends or his family's. The hosts were pros. Really helpful with infos on what to do and where to go in Porto Rafti and with a constant smile on their faces ready to assist the visitor in every possible problem he would face. Overall was an unforgettable experience that I already miss and hope to live again soon.

We absolutely loved staying at Alex’s place! It was clean and had everything we needed. The views are simply amazing! Water on every side. There is a beach that is walkable! The pool was perfect. It was a bit windy to enjoy it at times, but still a gorgeous spot. We loved being away from the busyness of everything. The mattresses were not the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, but not unbearable.
