Great, clean, and comfy stay

We loved this small little studio apartment style off the back of their garage. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to walk around. Only 10 minutes from anywhere in downtown Baton Rouge. We will look for more of Carl's properties as we travel!

Booked this Airbnb for the LSU Game. Very nice and clean. Ty was very professional and responsive. I will definitely stay again!

Kenmore House is such a beautiful place to stay when you visit Baton Rouge. So beautiful that you are happy just staying and relaxing around the home. The front and backyard are filled with the most beautiful plants. There is sitting area in the front of home and a beautiful deck in the back. The screened in patio is adorable as you can sit and enjoy all the bird calls. When dining in the glass enclosed dining area you feel like you’re out enjoying a picnic as you can see the trees and plants in backyard. Priceless memories.❤️

We were shocked every day at how wonderful the location was, truly could not have been more central! The cleaning list was very reasonable. We had zero issues all weekend. We brought a child under 2 and the space was fairly toddler friendly. Floors upstairs are a little creaky which made putting the baby to bed a little difficult, but ultimately not a problem for most guests and not a real issue for us— just something to be aware of. Highly recommend!

The house is great and has an inviting vibe to it. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Baton Rouge.

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom with lots of extra space for dinning or extra work area. Close to the LSU stadium, the river center or Queen casino. Not very close to l'auberge. Nice place for a smaller group that is looking to stay in the area! Chasity was great and accommodating! Can get a little nosy with traffic and upstairs neighbor. But the beds are comfortable, A/C worked well and plenty of fans!!

Clean apartment in a safe neighborhood. Perfect for our visit to watch LSU baseball. It was a 10 min. drive to Alex Box.

booked this for the pool. enjoyed our stay, slept well, too! not walkable to restaurants, but is a very short drive either to downtown BR or to LSU...or other parts of town. if the weather is nice you're right by the levee and a paved walking path connecting downtown to LSU.

Location! Location! Location! Tucked back in a quiet complex with easy walking access to/from all the LSU hot spots. With all the immenities & comforts, place feels like home. Host Casey responded immediately to any requests or concerns & was more than accommodating to our needs during our stay! If you are going to LSU, or have an event that is around the campus, Maria’s place is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants, a grocery store and tiger stadium. The property is also very clean and everything is in great working order.

Everything was nice this was my second time at one of their homes I love them! I will always chose one of these Airbnb if they are available!

We had a perfect stay! The hosts couldn't have been better. The location was out of the heavy traffic of Baton Rouge which is a bonus. We had all of the amenities we needed and the back patio was absolutely lovely. I especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds! The neighborhood makes you feel like you are on a first class vacation and I enjoyed my walks. We have now found our "go to" spot in Baton Rouge. Our daughter is a junior at LSU and I wish I had found this place sooner. We will absolutely stay here again on our final visits for her senior year. We obviously highly recommend!

Another great stay at this Airbnb. The check-in/check-out process is very smooth. We walked over to Overpass Market and had a great dinner and drinks! We're looking forward to staying here again soon. -Clint

Lovely spot. It is very cozy and clean. It’s located just a few minutes from downtown activities. Janay and Collin are awesome host. Also enjoy staying in their locations! I will be back soon.

We were in town visiting family and Jim’s place was perfect. It was clean, all of the appliances worked well, and Jim was extremely communicative. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town!

The location was perfect and ideal and was a 10 min drive from the arena. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to get in and out of. Very close to LSU activities. I believe the “longest” drive took 25 mins to the Mall, but that was mainly due to traffic. The place was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The complex is gated, making it feel even more safe. The building itself is very sound proof. We didn’t have any issues with other tenants living on the property. The only complaint we have, that is at no fault of Tiffany, is the road the property is located on - as it has a lot of potholes.

Perfect location for us to stay while our daughter graduated from LSU. Exactly how described and perfect for the occasion. Very close to LSU and our daughter. Johanna was great, very clean and easy to get in to. Appreciated everything and had an amazing trip.

We have been so blessed and lucky to have found Sheryl’s place. Our first visit, 4 years ago as my daughter was starting her freshman year at LSU. Fast forward to our most recent stay this past weekend for graduation!! Such a great location. Always so clean, well stocked and comfortable. I love having the family all together. So much more reasonable than Grad weekend hotel pricing. Sheryl is so kind, thoughtful and very generous with her responsiveness! Wonderful host!! Thank you.

Perfect is an understatement! The area is quiet. Yet so, so beautiful! I honestly felt like I was at a condo in Florida! The decor inside the home is breathtaking! I would absolutely be looking to book this Air BNB every time I’m in the area! The host was great as well! Very nice, clear about instructions and made everything easy!
