Beautiful home! The place was spotless and had great amenities. The pool and backyard area was super nice. Julie was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay again!

Patricia and her home were both absolutely wonderful! Other reviews mentioned how well stocked this AirBnB is, but really - I have not been in another that had as much available as this one. Life Jackets, Kayaks, Snorkel Gear, Cooler, a Waffle Maker, Blender, plenty of spatulas, pots and pans, puzzles, board games, a grill, beach towels... the list is long! Patricia too was fantastic for recommendations on anything on the island - even going so far as to set up our Bio Bay tour on the perfect night! Highly, highly recommend for a peaceful stay on the quiet side of the island!

This home was truly an oasis for our family vacation. We traveled with kids, an infant, and a large group in a 12-passenger van, and this stay exceeded expectations. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook and feel at home, including starter essentials in case we didn’t hit the store right away. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our baby to safely explore. It. being completely fenced in and surrounded by trees, offering both privacy and a peaceful, secluded feel was a bonus, we just loved the outdoor space! The hosts were incredibly responsive before our arrival, answering questions and offering helpful suggestions like where to find a crib locally (we brought an inflatable one instead). Everything was clean, well-organized, and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids or in a larger group!!!

Great location! So much to do right there either a short walk or drive away. With a car you have easy access to the Crystal Caves, the Botanical Garden and everything on the east side. (Don’t miss the parrot sanctuary!) The house itself is perfect! You can tell that the owners use the house themselves as the kitchen is well equipped. The lanai makes dining a pleasure. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

To make a long review short, well worth the money. It's a huge house, it could comfortable sleep 6-8 people and not be crowded. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Every time we needed something, even things you wouldn't expect like a coffee bean grinder. toaster oven, or snorkel, it was there. The sandy beach was maybe 20 yards to the East. It's worth the price. Would go back again and again.

Great little home and a small eight home development. Friendly neighbors with small children that our kids played with. Home wasn't a great location about 10 to 15 minutes from the ritz/kimpton/7 mile beach. Quick 3 to 5 minute walk to Papagallo's and the hotel across the street. Quick 5 minute drive to a small 24/7 grocery store, macabuca restaurant and snorkel/dive spot. Host was always super responsive and helpful. They even left their books and toys for our children at the same age. Nice books and toys not leftover junk from the thrift store. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfect for our family—including our four kids. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Kim was an amazing host—so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Phillip’s place was perfect for our stay. It was close to groceries, restaurants, snorkel spots and Georgetown. His property is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Bed was great, porch was fantastic spot to enjoy morning coffee and there was even a hose available to wash down our snorkel gear each day. Loved that beach chairs, beach towels and more were available for our use. Neighbors are very friendly, we typically had the pool to ourselves, loved the Oceanside boardwalk. Would definitely recommend to any group of 1 or 2 travelers.

We chose Shaggy's for the property itself as well as the access to diving. We shared the pool space with other condo residents, and they were all friendly and respectful about the shared space. The condo itself was great. Nice kitchen, lots of places for myself, my 2 teenagers, and boyfriend to spread out. Shaggy even left a guitar, which my daughter used constantly. Everything was clean, lots of pillows and many, many towels. The bathrooms could use a few hooks for towels. We had to buy unscented laundry detergent and rewash our bedsheets because I'm super sensitive to detergent smells. The binder provided a lot of helpful information, and Shaggy met with us when we got there and probably saved us $500 when he told us that gratuity in restaurants was included in the bill. He also explained currency, and gave us some other tips, as this was our first time traveling abroad and to the Caribbean. All in all, a terrific experience, great place to stay, dive, dine, explore.

We had a great stay at Garth’s place. The place is very large, with two very large bedrooms with large beds in each, and each bedroom has its own full shower / bathroom. There’s also a third half bathroom. Great for a family. The place was very clean. Garth was very good with communication. Locationwise it’s in a great community. You may need to use public transport or rent a car since it’s not on the beach, but the price we paid was great compared to locations by the beach, and this place is a lot larger than those. As for essentials, if you are planning to cook you may want to get in touch with Garth ahead of time if you need ingredients for cooking, we bought a few things from Hurleys supermarket which is very close. Overall I recommend Garth’s place.

Our stay at No Big Ting exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, well-stocked, immaculately clean, and situated in a peaceful location away from the crowds. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. We had the pleasure of meeting the property manager, Chloe, who was very welcoming and helpful. The sunrises were stunning, and we spent hours relaxing on the deck or screened porch while listening to the ocean. The property is conveniently located near several attractions including Cayman Crystal Caves, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, and Cayman Ferries, which we utilized for a trip to Camana Bay on our last day. We rented a car for our visit, which we highly recommend for anyone staying in Rum Point. Thank you once again for providing us with an unforgettable experience for our 30th anniversary. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this property to anyone seeking accommodation in the area.

This is my 3rd trip (and not my last) to the Sea Lodge near Rum Point for my bday week of self care and reflection. Each time I visit the Sea Lodge it more than exceeds my expectations. The place is simply paradise. To be steps away from the sea. Practically have your own private beach and to feel right at home was a treat. You can not ask for anything better if you are looking for a peaceful, calm, serene, private spot to call your own. The amenities were amazing. The cleanliness of the property and of course having Ms. Barbara and Mr. Linford available to answer any questions there was just a special treat. This year was my first year in Villa #15. And it will not be my last. My interactions from day 1 with Guillaume spot on. He and his wife are a joy to work with in planning my vacay. I consider Villa #15 my home away from home. We had a fantastic stay! The place is spotless, brand new, and beautifully set up. The host was incredibly thoughtful — from the welcome kit with delicious fresh fruit to small touches like aloe vera gel (so handy after a day in the sun!). The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, making it feel just like home. We especially loved spending quiet mornings in the backyard with a coffee, listening to the birds chirping — such a peaceful start to the day. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!

This spot was a hidden gem! We had enough space for the 4 of us that stayed. We enjoyed the pool and it is located in a central location to be able to get to either ends of the island super quickly. Anything we needed the hosts were helpful and accommodating. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen nice and spacious and had what we needed to cook things.

Beautiful place! Pool was sparkling and deep albeit small. Near Kaibo which was a pretty good restaurant although I can’t really recommend the bbq. We enjoyed the music. Bay in front of condo was filled with sea grass but more accessible ocean at Rum Point. Both bedrooms had excellent views of the water. Beds were comfy and bathrooms and kitchen had great amenities. We are already talking about our next visit!

Amazing! We feel so lucky to have stayed here! Just an FYI for all travelers, you have to rent a car from the airport! The house is next to great restaurants and beautiful waters! It is really peaceful and away from the tourist area! If you want to go to a beach for swimming you’ll need to check out 7 mile beach or Rum Point! Overall it was the most relaxing & lovely place to stay! Recommend to anyone!!!

The location was perfect. While it was quiet and secluded, it’s a quick 10 minute drive to numerous restaurants, stores and bars near 7 mile beach. The property was well maintained with beautiful landscaping and numerous locations to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. It was a little bit hot and humid but the AC was powerful and we were able to cool off in the pool. The hostess (Vic) was very attentive and checked in with us everyday in person or via text. If we visit Grand Cayman again, I will definitely book a room here again. It would actually be the perfect location for a family trip, since there are 4 cottages.

Amazing! The area was beautiful, great amenities, and perfect location. Vic and Daniel were so helpful and kind. We all agreed it was the perfect vacation and will be back. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. Houses are right on the beach with access to paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear. Pool was right outside the door with grills for grilling.

We had a great time at this condo during the end of March 2025. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked several meals which was a good benefit. We used the kayaks daily, especially at night to enjoy the bioluminescent bay. We really liked the quiet area and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great stay, the private pool and beachfront worked perfect for our family vacation. Bonus that it was screened in, so we could enjoy dinner outdoors without flies and other bugs. We ran into an issue with the AC not working and they were quick to address. We found starfish right out front the property which was fun for the kids. Great location- we were able to walk to Starfish point & Kaibo, and it was a very short drive to Rumpoint! Would recommend it to others and stay again.

This was a wonderful home! Loved the little community that’s established with all of the other homes right there. Ideal for a group of family and friends. Made sure we had everything we needed! Wonderful wonderful stay!!!
