I can’t say enough about Tedrick’s place! It was spotless, comfy, modern and the view from the deck was spectacular! Tedrick was an excellent host. His responses were quick and informative. The location was perfect- right in the heart of everything! The airport, grocery stores, great restaurants, outdoor malls and the incredible Seven Mile Beach are all within 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and being right by the pool is a plus if you just want to take a break from the beach. During your stay, make sure to check out the magazines on the living room table. They give good ideas of where to go and what to do. There’s also a great cover story showcasing Tedrick’s inspiring journey in creating his perfume company. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful island.

This place was quiet, on the quiet part of the island, East end, you will need to rent a car to stay here but it was worth it. La Casita was a delicious Mexican food place nearby, yummy. The kayak tour to the bioluminescent bay was awesome as well and close by.

This place was exactly as described! Absolutely stunning views, in a quiet secluded spot. Sarah was very responsive! The instructions the host gave were very easy to read and helpful. Perfect getaway spot. This location is located more so where local residents stay, and you can take the public bus which stops on the corner with the stop sign from the entrance road of three airbnb for just 2$ CI or 5$ USD per person to get just about anywhere on the island including the grocery store and many beaches. The host had supplied everything we needed; snacks, towels, beach equipment, snorkel gear, waters, breakfast items, sodas, bathroom supplies, laundry supplies, first aid etc! I highly recommend staying here for a couples getaway!

Wonderful beachfront villa! Truly steps away from the sand. Ocean views from living room and bedroom. Cute beach decor and fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the large patio for dining and simply hanging out. We rented snorkel gear from nearby Divetech Dive Shop and snorkeled from the end of the dock as well as other island snorkel sites. We had a fabulous Sunday brunch across the street at Pappagallo. We also recommend Tukka West Bay restaurant, about a 10 minute drive away at Morgans Harbor - try the lionfish tacos and check out the rum museum!

Fantastic location on the SMB side of the island!!! The beach at RBC is dwindling, but it isn't difficult for an able bodied person to walk a short distance up the beach for those looking to enjoy more sand. The ocean here is fantastic, and the pool is clean and easily accessible to the entire complex. We have stayed here in the past and would trade being on a higher level with views for the ease of the ground access of Zhenya's property. Having had children with us, it was incredibly convenient to be able to come in from the beach and the parking area with groceries without having to navigate and lug things with us upstairs. We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for lodging at this price point. Our host was super responsive, and the condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. Cheers!

The condo and location were truly amazing. We had a wonderful stay, comfortable accommodations for a family of 5 and Gianrico was a great host. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the water is right in your backyard. The Rum Point Beach Club is right next door which is an easy spot to grab lunch or dinner. Rum Point in general was beautiful and serene and The Retreat is a really nice complex all around. We loved our stay there and hope to make it back!

The apartment is spotless and has a very well equipped kitchen. In terms of location it couldn’t be better if you’re looking for a stay on seven mile beach. The sun stays team were so responsive and proactive with their comms and made everything really easy. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing stay in Amy's place. It was very close to many spots, hotels, and the beach. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Everything we needed and more was in the house. Amy was very fast to respond to my questions and very helpful in so many ways. This was my first time using AirBnB and gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Thank you Amy!

The house was beautiful and clean. The host responded quickly and we had no issues. The view was incredible and within walking distance of a nice beach and restaurant. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful! Worth every penny!

Peter and Mitzi had been very responsive and kind allowing for late check out for our late flight, house is big enough, we walked to the beach but it’s a walk that not everyone in our group wanted to do due to the distance but easy drive to 7 mile beach. The home is enough to spread out and very comfortable. Great bargain and for our family we decided not to do a condo we have in the past and glad we did Peter’s house

Absolutely stunning stay! The home was beautifully beachfront, just steps from the sand and tastefully decorated with a relaxed, island vibe. Waking up to the sound of the waves and feeling like you were right in the ocean was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully done.

Nice spacious place for two people. We only had one minor issue with an unintentionally locked door and Shellie was immediately responsive and had it fixed within an hour. the place was well equipped with everything needed. Weather was windy while we were there but that's not their fault. Great communication!

We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Cay. The house and surrounding area is as beautiful as the photos! Mitzie has great information about the local area and things to do. The final touch is the amazing rum cake waiting for you when you arrive at the house.

My husband and I stayed here with our 18 year old son for a week and it was everything we hoped it would be. Instructions to check in couldn’t have been easier, parking in your own carport was perfection! Beds were comfortable- WiFi inside was good but an extender to outside areas would have been nice. We got great use of the beach chairs and all the beach towels they provided. We took them with us on day trips. The beach area is more for hanging out and laying out . Very relaxing but not an area you will want to get into since there is tons of vegetation. We were so happy to see a Netflix account set up on the TV and we used it every evening. One of my favorite things about this home was the large master closet and vanity area. We had so much space to organize our stuff and keep things tidy during our stay. There were a few things that needed attention when we arrived and Kate and Nick took care of it quickly!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! While it is far away from the 7 mile beach, we were so happy to be away from the e hustle and bustle. It is a short drive from rum point which is a nice beach area. The snorkeling right in front of the house was fun, and the hike provided all the gear we needed! Host was incredibly responsive! We would love to stay again in the future!

amazing house fit our family of 9 no problem. Kids had a blast being able to swim in the pool and explore the beach line. The view every morning was amazing highly recommend.

Stayed as a group of four friends and everyone had a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful and plenty to do with walkable restaurants. Felt safe and had fun. Nice beach with easy snorkeling. Saw many cool fish. Amenities were as described and super enjoyable.

This place was perfect for what we needed and wanted for our trip! We really enjoyed how secluded it was but also how close it was to Rum Point! The place was incredibly clean. Beach towels, chairs and cooler were used daily and it was nice to be able to wash and dry swimsuits and towels while there! Natalie was very responsive and helpful when we had questions and even had her husband drop off an extra blanket! Our kids loved the pool and we loved being able to walk out to the water each morning! My only complaint was the wind while we were there!

We had a fantastic stay at Grape Tree Condominiums in Grand Cayman. The location is perfect—peaceful, safe, and just steps from the beach, few restaurants, and roads to get to the main attractions. As a family of five, we found the condo spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home. The fully equipped kitchen and especially the in-unit laundry were huge perks, making our stay even more convenient. For such an expensive destination, this was a great family-friendly option that balanced comfort and affordability. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families! Great communication with the host and they were super kind extending our check out. also, I would like to mention that the towels were brand new!

Toby was very responsive to any communications prior to arrival and any requests we made after with plenty of local information and guidance. The Condo is well equipped and maintained and very clean. The location is perfect. Step outside onto the beach and the beautiful sunset views. Great restaurants and bars, 2 supermarkets and Camana bay all within walking distance.

Easy to get there and get in (it's a key code - no need to keep up with a key). Place is beautiful. Shower water does go from hot to cold a lot though. Great view from the very roomy balcony - pictures are accurate. Plenty of storage. High chair, and also some beach gear to use. They provide a great guide book. Good restaurants within walking distance, plus the pool bar/restaurant is good too. Cove is a 1-minute walk an has a breakwater, which allows for easy snorkeling. You can still see some good creatures (I saw a stingray). It's about a 10-minute beach walk south to a shipwreck directly off the coast (~30 feet), and the ship is partly above water - easy swim/snorkel, bring good water shoes (lots of craggy/sharp rocks). Not much for beachcombing, but there's a little. 15 minutes from West Bay, 45 minutes from Rum Point. All in all, a great place to stay. If we come back to Grand Cayman, we'll definitely to try get this place if it fits our schedule!

Our stay at Regal Beach Club was fantastic! David was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The property truly had everything we needed: the beach was beautiful, clean, and easy to access; the pool area was inviting and well-maintained; and the outdoor grill made for relaxing evenings cooking dinner. We especially appreciated how everything in the unit was neatly labeled, making it incredibly easy to find exactly what we needed. Plus, the provided beach toys, snorkels, and other amenities really enhanced our beach experience. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend David’s place. Thanks again for a wonderful getaway!

Kaibo is a stunning part of the island if you are looking for some peace and relaxation. The pool is incredible and you look out to the sea and the beach as you swim. Kaibo restaurant is next door and lets you enjoy dinner in the sand too. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The apartment had everything we needed and was a great spot for our family to enjoy some quality time together.

Amanda and Aubrey were fantastic hosts. Their condo is even better than described as are the views from the spacious 2nd floor balcony. Home has all the amenities as well as everything you’ll need for a fun visit to the beach or pool. They provided insightful directions on how to find and access the unit and then it really is just plug n PLAY! Spent 2 nights, wish it was longer and that we had some guests to enjoy the property and the laid back vibe of Rum Point. Enjoyed a long walk on Mastic Trailhead , bring two waters, and a stroll at Starfish Point. Walked over to the Kaibo resort and enjoyed a great Happy Hour with bartender Charlie- ceviche and tequila! Had a good dinner at the Blue Flame and spent part of the next day at their pool and beach while having some cocktails. Loved our time at Rum Point and at the A’s beautiful property. Slainte’
