Holiday rentals with beach access in West Bay

Great place in a very central location in Weymouth. The flat is located directly at the Weymouth sandy beach and there are plenty of bars cafes and restaurants around. Still, because of its position in the back of the building, the flat is surprisingly quiet. We found the flat in very good condition and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen a big dining/living area, a modern and very clean bathroom and a decent sized bedroom with good bedding. We felt directly at home. Parking in the area is tricky ( which is to be expected given the central location). We parked at an ASDA as long stay option which is an 8-10 min walk but comes at around 5 pounds day using the JustPark app. Very good seafood restaurant directly next door. Would very happily book Nikki’s flat again when in Weymouth!

Yes, all the 5 star reviews are true! Our stay at Joy’s place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The apartment was spotless. Joy supplied some wonderful goodies, pastries, scrumptious bread, biscuits and fresh fruit and milk. Lots of information about the area. As the buses were so frequent we used them to visit some wonderful scenic places. Everything one would want for a short stay. The views are amazing with lots of lovely walks nearby which our little dog Mollie loved.

Sally was a great host. We had clear instructions how to get there, where to park & get the keys. The flat is just as described but the view is even better. We had a great 2 day stay with everything we needed. Short walk to restaurants & beach front. Will definitely stay again.

Charming and characterful seaside apartment. Spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen and an excellent spacious bathroom. Beautifully decorated with a lovely holiday feel. Centrally located within easy walking distance of the beaches and shops. Perfect little holiday pad.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Couldn’t ask for a better stay! My partner and I brought our newborn on his first holiday here to Torbay. We were somewhat anxious about it, but Susan went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and provide everything we needed. The property is stunning, everything is to the best quality, it’s better than most 5 star hotels. We will definitely be back, and would definitely recommend.

I told my four-year-old we had been invited by 2 queens to stay in their castle—and what queens they were! Such a friendly reception and what a wonderfully whimsical place. The location is fabulous: you can’t see another property, just rolling hills of sheep (the friendliest photobombing sheep I’ve ever come across!), chickens, cows, horses… and the dogs are such a sweet, quiet presence too. Beds are luxurious and the whole house is super cosy with a fab little private garden. A real gem! Would definitely return.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

Wow this place is just lovely. We’re a family of 4 with 2 dogs and it suited us perfectly. Really clean on arrival which is always a good start. Thoughtful little starter pack of milk and treats, for us and the dogs! Private terrace, perfect for chilled out evenings. The cottage is well equipped with everything you’d need, from kitchen ware to maps and menus. The kids loved the fossiling kit :-)) We had the best stay - thank you Steve, we shall definitely return.

This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lots of pubs and tea shops and I highly recommend a visit to Laura Wall Art for lovely gifts. Be back soon thank you Amy

Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Great location, could walk to everything in Beer. Great parking space at the back which made it easy for luggage. It was a lovely stay, would highly recommend. So convenient having the shop right next door! Would definitely stay again if we returned to Beer. Thanks Guys.x

Had a great time staying here with all the family, the house is so close to the beach it was perfect for us! Was such an easy and chill stay with a surprise hamper full of goodies when we arrived. Would love to stay here again and Tristan was super helpful with recommendations and extra info!

Fabulous few days staying at The Annexe. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is there for you. Clean and comfortable with a pretty garden to sit in. Beautiful place with lovely views. Debbie and Derek are wonderful hosts, always on hand for advice on places to visit and to eat. Thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had the most wonderful weekend in Lyme Regis, and Tess's house was the perfect home from home in an ideal location. Not only did the house provide everything we needed, she laid out a cream tea for our arrival and the girls were very excited by the toys in their bedroom. We spent our days exploring and evenings on the beach where not only a seal spent the night in the bay while the girls paddled but we also spent an hour watching a dolphin jumping out the water. We will most certainly be back. Thank you for a magical family weekend x

We had the best of week's at April's cottage. it's very sweet and placed in a super location. All the facilities are as listed, the view is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The cottage is well situated, and I highly recommend the fish shop which can be found at the top of the road two minutes walk away. We just had the most relaxing of stays and will definitely make a return visit.

Our stay at The Loft was perfect from beginning to end. Extremely clear concise directions from Matt made for an easy arrival, with the added bonus of a parking space. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, comfortable and, surprisingly roomy. It is clear that a great deal of thought and design has gone into this property, utilising every last space, nook and cranny with the ultimate result of providing a spacious and full equipped holiday let. Not only was the apartment itself attractive and comfortable, the bonus of a balcony with a view was the icing on the cake! We had three gloriously sunny days here and, needless to say, when we weren’t on the steam train, on the riverboat or exploring Dartmouth, we spent every moment we could on this balcony watching the comings and goings on the river. We absolutely loved staying here and will certainly be back – thank you!

A very tasteful modern and pristine apartment with the most amazing views along the Jurassic Coast - what a place to relax. It is reasonably close to the beautiful town of Lyme Regis walking however the return journey is challenging and is not for everyone. It is so convenient though for the many walking routes in the area which we really enjoyed. Thanks Melanie and David for wonderful stay ( loved your new lawn mower David, we might have to get one too! )

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. The flat was great and very roomy, all of the rooms had been done out to a high standard. Mark and Gemma were very helpful and responded very quickly. Facilities I were as advertised and to a high standard. The driveway was steep so take it slow but plenty of room to turn around as going backwards was not recommended but Mark. But plenty of space for our estate car.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carley’s apartment. All directions and instructions were spot on and easy to follow. The apartment was perfect and the view is stunning, and everything we needed was thought of by Carley, who was also super helpful and friendly. We’d definitely recommend to anyone!

Host is responsive There are lots of elements to make a stay more comfortable e.g. plenty of kitchen items, very comfortable bed, lovely patio area with a sun awning. I used gingerly as had spotted a couple of hornets which are frightening in size Local shop in the filling station is cute, even had a vegan magnum Nice to have wipe clean floors Although a small fan provided hot nights might be more challenging as no windows to open just doors. Local lanes are for brave drivers, if it wasn’t for them I would return. Too many large vehicles encountered with only passing place at one point due to someone not parking on their drive otherwise no idea what would have happened. Gorgeous place. Romantic.

We had a perfect short stay here! Helen's communications were especially friendly and helpful. The accommodation was just right for a family of four, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the many thoughtful touches throughout (such as a welcome note, lavender bags on pillows, provision of milk enough for us all for our breakfasts, toys for the children including a hilarious interactive duck, lounge blankets, bathroom flannels, table napkins etc.). The apartment has everything you might need including umbrellas, and much more. Parking is indeed easy and very closeby. The beach and Seafield Gardens with a good playground) are a short walk away. There is so much to do in the area. We enjoyed the nearby Donkey Sanctuary and Lyme Regis, and are keen to return to explore more sometime.
