Beachfront holiday rental in West Bay

We had a lovely few days. The accommodation was exceptional, very clean. Friendly hosts. Will visit again

We had a lovely stay, the location was perfect as was the flat. Very clean and comfortable with all you need for your stay and lovely dogs are welcome even though the flat had zero dog smell or dog hair ☺️. If we had to find a tiny negative it was maybe the pub next door which has live music each weekend so can be a little noisy but it would not put us off staying here again. We were also very grateful for the parking permit and most of the time we’re able to park directly opposite the flat. All in all a lovely stay! Thank you Cate!,

We had a wonderful week staying at The Courtyard, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable upstairs lounge with two balconies to make the most of the views. Plus a lovely courtyard filled with gorgeous greenery making it feel very tropical (and lots inside too). The bed is probably the most comfortable we have slept in! Stoke Fleming is a lovely village with access to the SW coastal path in both directions – the walk to Dartmouth is a must (and get the bus back!) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area too. Jill’s communication is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Courtyard 😊we most certainly hope to return!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Chesil Cove . Our third stay at Greyjoys. Comfortable, clean, everything you need is provided. An ideal spot for discovering this area. We’ll be coming back again soon.

The garden flat is a very pleasent place to stay. Everything in the kitchen works well, the bathroom is lovely and the bed very comfortable. The outside space is a great space to sit and watch what's happening in the estuary. Claire is a good host, friendly and amenable. The village of Shaldon is easy to walk to, with a couple of nice pubs , and friendly people. All in all, a very nice place to spend some time.

We had such a relaxing day at the beach hut. It is extremely well maintained and Rachael has thought of everything. We are already thinking about when we can visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at Annie’s lovely flat; it couldn’t have been more perfect! It was spotless & had lovely extras like tea, coffee & biscuits, and nice shampoo etc in the bathrooms. The beds were SO comfortable & there was enough space in the main bedroom to put a travel cot for our baby. Annie provided the travel cot & high chair for us, which was so helpful. There were also some great kids books & puzzles! It honestly felt like staying in a posh B&B. A real added bonus was that Annie had provided wash tablets for the washing machine so we didn’t have to buy a whole pack & could use the washing machine straight away when we needed it - genius. The location of the flat is amazing for Weymouth harbour, & our little boy loved being able to watch the famous town bridge going up & down from the lounge window every hour! We basically walked everywhere, it was fab. One thing to note is that you can hear the people staying upstairs when they walk about but it’s not too loud. Thank you!!

This accommodation was perfect for our weekend visit. Delightful little place which had all the essentials for our stay. Very comfortable beds, cosy living room and a small courtyard space to enjoy the sunshine in private. The property is right in the centre of town so was walking distance from everywhere we wanted to be. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Devon!

We stayed for 3 nights. The holiday house was spacious enough to fit family of 4. Plenty of room to play for little ones. Very clean and well organised. The only improvement I could suggest would be to install slim dishwasher but it was perfect anyway. I would recommend and come back.

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

Emily has a lovely caravan in a quiet spot on an otherwise busy site. The caravan felt surprisingly spacious and it was great to have that second toilet available. It was also lovely and very convenient to have the shower. The site offers a lot for families with several play areas, crazy golf and swimming pools.

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

Wonderful - with a beautiful sea view that made it very special. Modern, clean and nicely decorated/equipped. We stayed as four women friends and it was perfect. The only thing I would say is that if you don’t know each other well or are physically large, the space is relatively small with only the one bathroom - which is clear from the listing - but worth bearing in mind.

Had a lovely weekend stay in the caravan, just as described and in a beautiful location. Host was excellent in communicating instructions for check in. will be rebooking in the future!

A well positioned, clean, tidy and comfortable caravan on a fabulous site right by the beach with plenty to do. Caravan was lovely with everything we needed.

This place is amazing! we had a completely wonderful stay here. It has such beautiful views, was pristine, lovely comfy beds and is perfectly situated for a holiday in Shaldon. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Suki for a really lovely break.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well resourced. Ideally located for exploring surrounding towns and beaches. The food hamper was a welcome treat! I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect weekend break in beautiful Weymouth. Andrew was a great host, very welcoming and was kind enough to wait up for us as we arrived a little late. Apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, sea view is stunning, easy access straight out onto the beach. Lots of nice places to eat and drink all within a short walk and beach is beautiful, super clean. Thanks Andrew, we will definitely be booking to come back again

Great location, just around the corner from the harbour with the beach over a shingle bank opposite the home. Very comfortable home from home, that was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Thank you Marcus for sharing your lovely home. We hope to visit again.

A perfect place to stay with harbour views, and the relaxing sound of the sea through the bedroom windows. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and light and it was easy to walk to a variety of good restaurants. Excellent location for exploring the coast path, Bridport and further afield. Angela was friendly and very easy to deal with.

We had another great stay at Samantha's caravan. the caravan is beautiful, very modern and comfortable, pristine clean with every needed for a great stay (except towels & tea towels as stated in Samantha's description) We had lovely weather so we made great use of the decking and outside furniture . West bay / Bridport is a great place to visit. We highly recommend Samantha's caravan.

We had an excellent stay at Jura’s studio. It was in pristine condition and had all the amenities one could wish for. It had a very homely feel about it and is in a great location some 50 yards from the beach. A very quiet location which I would recommend without reservation. Thank you for a great time.

Great stay at The Aspect, lovely views, good location, everything we needed. Good communication from Finbarr. Would stay there again.
