Staying and Rittenhouse is always wonderful. The space was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and communication with Rafi’s Team great, very friendly. Lots of light in the space but the windows are very thin, it’s a busy street so if you bring earplugs for nighttime it’s fine. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

Rob and Amanda’s place was what I was looking for. The place is at the center of everything, making it easy to get to where I needed to be for the few days I stayed. The hosts gave excellent explanations and were responsive and kind.

Comfortable, clean apartment—little hassle and great value.

We had a nice time at Andrea’s place . It was clean and close to public transportation which made it great to get to Philadelphia for a concert and not have to drive .

This place was beautiful & definitely a hidden Gem. Everything was overly stocked. The host left bottles of water and snacks with a nice note. There was plenty of towels, wash cloths, blankets & more. They coffee bar was a big plus also. Me and my daughter will definitely be returning soon just to enjoy the hospitality.

Place was valid. Felt like home. The host was very clear cut with instructions and directions.

I loved this place so much that I extended for a day and still was sad when I had to head home. It is a masterful use of space. Do not fail to spend time out back under the gazebo. It's so well done that I'm having something very similar being built in my backyard starting next week. Cheers to these guys for just doing it right!

I appreciated being able to check in early after arriving on a redeye flight. The place suited my needs very well, and the location was ideal for my purposes.

This was my second eight-night stay at this location. Very clean, comfortable location from which to base my activities that included hiking and canoeing in the area. I plan to return.

Great value and location, breathtaking view, quiet space

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was lovely…..clean, cozy, and just as described. The neighborhood was great, quiet but still close to everything I needed. The host was super helpful, even when there was a last-minute code change. Would definitely stay again!

Dylan was an attentive host. I really appreciated that he made himself available when needed. The apartment is private and is beautifully appointed. Parking was super easy and the neighborhood felt very safe. If you prefer to cook your own meals vs eating out you will love the kitchen. If you don't like cooking there is a cool coop take out joint on the corner that has an amazingly diverse menu serving breakfast lunch and dinner. The location is centrally located in between the universities and the PMA (museum) and Schuylkill River Trail. I brought a bike and it was perfect for getting around when I didn't feel like using my car.

Jacob place was local to alot of wonderful restaurants and minutes away from Downtown Philly which was a plus! His place was cozy and inviting! it had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Jacob was very responsive and helpful. Parking was NOT an issue which I was grateful for! Definitely will stay again in the future

Communication was great! The host was responsive ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Apartment is very spacious. Highly Recommend!!

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

The home was clean and neat and the host communicated good and in a timely manner. The only issue was there aint too many places to park in the street near the home

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

Very comfortable and great location. It was an easy walk to train station and lots of great restaurants nearby. Host was very friendly and helpful. Washer and drier and nice and big too!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
