Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

The Annexe

Situated in a woodland location, this detached annexe at GOMO is in beautiful area. It has a fenced lawned garden which is exclusively for your own use. It is an ideal base to explore the Sandringham estate and the Norfolk coastline. Just outside the property you can walk directly into the wooded area and the two picturesque lakes beyond. Ideal for walkers and dog walking. It is a peaceful location but still very close to the nearest town Kings Lynn, supermarkets and retail park.

Stable cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

A simply stunning new stylish place to kick back and relax. Recently renovated, and set in beautiful North Norfolk. Choose whether to wind down in the hot tub, overlooking the serene countryside or go for a wander through the calming meadows and woodland on the Little Massingham Manor estate. To complete the cosiness of the hot tub, bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests to use. There is an EV charger available to charge your car (payable).

Cosy Self-Contained Detached Garden Building

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
