Holiday rentals with a fire pit in West Edmonton

Karlene is a wonderful host and the accomodations are just great. The only caveat is that the sounds from upstairs carry downstairs and she has young children that you can hear mornings and at their bedtime which did not bother us very much. Please note that we were very comfortable and stayed for two months!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Amir’s place! Check in was easy and the home was clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. Amir was responsive and proactive throughout our stay, in which we really appreciated.

Very spacious, and quiet area me and my mother ,7 kids felt very much at home would recommend for big families also the beds were very soft . ...

It is a lovely home with all the amenities you’d need for a short or longer stay. Lots of room to entertain or relax and spread out. This was my second time staying here and I would stay again!

Martin and Paula were awesome. Instructions to get in were clear and easy, and the house was perfect. Thoughtfulness amenities like the coffee bar, yard games and fire pit were great. They were super attentive to any questions we had and responded really quickly. The location is quiet and private yet really close to any amenities needed. Loved the park across the street and the green neighbourhood. I will come back if I’m ever in Edmonton! Thank you for a lovely stay 😀

This is our fifth year staying at an Airbnb in Edmonton and by far this was the best. The location is perfect, a beautiful, safe and quiet community. The house is exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable, fans in every room if you need, kitchen had all the amenities you need... there was nothing missing. This house has a beautiful backyard and sitting area. Kimberly is very quick to respond to messages which is so appreciated. Would highly recommend this Airbnb for your next stay in Edmonton.

Happy Place was in a quiet and convenient location for all our events this weekend. We are a large group and found that everyone had a comfortable place to rest and relax during downtime. The games and snacks on hand helped us feel at home. Extra effort made to create a comfortable and beautiful space was enjoyed and really gave us the feeling of being on holiday in a well-cared-for space. Thank you to our hosts for all the little thoughtful extras, which were noticed and appreciated.

Absolutely loved this place!! It was decorated beautifully and it was equipped with everything you could need. It’s in a great location and has parking. Kayla was super sweet, responsive, accommodating and was available to help us anytime. I highly recommend staying here!!

My car broke down on the way to my stay at Angelena's. I ended up not being able to stay there, but she was very understanding and went above and beyond to help and get my refund!

I really liked Kathy. The house is clean, cozy, comfortable. The area is quiet, all the necessary shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Great location for Roger's events. Hem met us at the front door. Showed us the suite and there were beverages and treats there for us. Bed was comfortable in the room we stayed in as well. Water pressure was fantastic for the shower. Hem was willing to meet us at checkout but we had to leave.

the place was really clean, matched the description of the posting. it's about a five minute walk to rogers place. lots of good restaurants close by. the host was very friendly and responsive to any and all questions we had. they even contacted us within an hour of our check out to let us know we had forgotten a laptop there and helped us retrieve it without issue. can't recommend this place enough!

Amazing stay! An airbnb stay plus experience. I will definitely book this again! The host was communicative from the confirmation of booking until the end. The place was clean and homey. The ranch had trails to walk around and majestic bisons to watch. Robert was super nice to get us close to them 😍. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice weekend getaway!

What a find! Surprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend away at the Thistledew and we had an amazing time. Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived! Brandy was great host and was more than accommodating with everything provided at the cabin! Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be visiting again in the future.

Great place for a family getaway ! Backyard and lake was amazing. Appreciated all the yard games and books for the kids. Space inside was perfect for our 8 adults and 2 kids. We would 10/10 come back again.

This was our second time coming out to birds and branches. First was winter,then may long. The leaves were out and birds and and squirrels were abundant There’s nothing like getting up in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee sitting on a deck, listening to the birds sing nothing can compare to that The fridge and pantry contained numerous condiments, even a stick of butter, which we actually forgot to bring butter out. There was four of us out for the May long and everybody agreed it was our best may long weekend Thank you holly for your hospitality

What a wonderful long weekend stay at Cameron’s beautiful home! I was celebrating a milestone birthday with my family and was pleasantly surprise with a thoughtful welcome gift when I arrived - so unexpected but so appreciated! The home is well appointed, well laid out, beautifully furnished and looks exactly as the photos/listing description. We immediately felt at home and truly appreciated Cameron’s communication before and during the stay. Great location, wonderful layout, ample space and perfect amenities. Don’t hesitate in staying here - we will be back for sure! :)

5 Plus Stars – A Hidden Gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed—there was a personalized welcome sign and a lovely thank-you card waiting for us. The cabin itself was absolutely immaculate: cozy, warm, and inviting. Every detail was thought of, from the extremely clean space to the incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook our meals, and we spent our evenings snuggled up on the couch, fully enjoying the peaceful, homey atmosphere. Cheryl went above and beyond—after a big snowfall, she made sure a path to the walking trails was cleared for us and even set up a fire pit, complete with firewood. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. This cabin is a true hidden gem. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and just relax, this is it. We’ll definitely be returning. The entire experience was 5+ stars!

What an amazing off grid gem! Dog friendly with lots to sniff & walk around the area around the cabin for pup. No formal electricity, so off grid. No heat, so bring blankets. No running water, so bring fresh water. There is a small gallon of water provided inside. It’s great for camping without the tent part. Very private. The outhouse is a chemical toilet that is clean for you with no smell. There’s a log one can prop the door open if u feel like taking in the scenery while doing your business. Private. Shade on patio, fire pit was great w wood provided. Cabin faces East. Ask if there’s a fire ban first tho. I was prepared for no fire. There is a dog on property—but they stayed close to the main house, so there was no bother! Wildlife was great; birds, squirrels, ravens; in the morning. One can hear some traffic on the road adjacent to the property but it’s not loud. Will definitely be back. Thank you Morgan!

We really enjoyed our stay at Harrold's Haven. The cabin had a rustic feel and had all the amenities one would need. It is steps from the lake with gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Geese, woodpeckers and squirrels kept the outdoors lively. The cabin was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was very peaceful, quiet and tranquil, a true getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Plenty of board games kept us busy during the evenings. We stayed for 3 nights and felt rejuivanted and relaxed afterwards. The cabin being only half hr from Edmonton was an extra bonus. Additionally, James and Linzy were very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend Harrold's cabin to anyone looking to unwind from busy city living.
