This is a beautiful, brand-new cabin in a quiet wooded setting with nature trails in historic Mesopotamia, Ohio. We are about 45 minutes from Youngstown and Cleveland. Amenities include coffee, tea, juice, soda, cereals, snacks, pancake mix, and even maple syrup gathered in our own local woods. Relax and unwind at the end of the day in our whirlpool for two. Or sit on the porch and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of nature. Continental breakfast only. Outdoor campfire with firewood provided.

Enjoy this quaint and homey ranch in a peaceful rural setting. 2 nice bedrooms and 2 full baths. Although the floors are not level and nature keeps trying to reclaim the landscaping, we work hard to make it super clean and comfy. All the necessities are provided for a great stay. Circular drive will park several boat trailers. Our 5 star reviews are not because we try to compete with a 5 star hotel but because we give you exactly what we promise, a clean, comfortable "home away from home."

Chardon Loft

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

The Old Postal Cottage

*Note: feel free to inquire about availability for dates not listed as open on calendar. The Old Postal Cottage, built in the 1840s, was the Parkman post office until mid 2018. It was completely renovated, and it is now a tiny house, located within an Amish community in Northeast Ohio. It has a private entrance, and is a cozy space, perfect for a getaway in the country, with access to all major roads and an easy commute to Cleveland, Youngstown, Akron, and many tourist attractions.

The Creekside Cottage

The Creekside Cottage is quietly located on our 240 acre property. If you're looking for a quiet "get-away" then our quaint, studio cottage is for you. We have a queen bed. Outside, we have a fire ring with firewood, grill, outdoor seating, and beautiful view. We DO NOT have TV/internet, or WiFi, although most phones get service. There is a small kitchenette but there is NO oven/stove. We DO have a toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot Keurig, coffee pods, and bottled water.

The apartment is above a detached garage. Built within the last 5yrs, the spacious floor plan is modern and fresh. With your own garage spot, on-site laundry, a full kitchen, walk-in closet and large private bathroom, this apartment feels just like home. Long term lease is available for a discounted rate. The apartment is located on a busy street (“busy” for a small town) you will hear cars and motorcycles drive by. Please take this into consideration when booking.

If you are looking for charm, and quiet relaxing comfort, this 384 sq. ft. cabin with exposed cedar beams is your perfect overnight or weekend retreat. Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.
