Apartment holiday rentals in West Flanders

Door een plotse tussenkomst moesten we op het allerlaatste moment (een goed uur voor aankomst) nog een andere slaapplaats zoeken. Gelukkig konden we nog terecht bij Filip, en wat een geluk was dat! Ondanks de last-minute boeking nam Filip meteen contact met ons op om te zeggen dat de kuisploeg nog niet langs geweest was door de korte timing. Maar hij sprong zelf in actie: bracht direct vers beddengoed en zorgde ervoor dat het appartement helemaal in orde was. Fantastische service! Het appartement zelf is ook echt top. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De woonkamer heeft een supercomfortabele zetel én een adembenemend uitzicht op zee. Ook de communicatie en instructies voor aankomst en vertrek waren heel duidelijk en praktisch. Na een stressvolle dag en een onverwachte wending konden we hier helemaal tot rust komen. Ik was er nu voor mijn werk, maar ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug met mijn gezin. Dikke merci, Filip!

We felt really welcome from the first contact to the end of our stay. All practical information was shared in advance and we also received some recommandations on interesting things to do nearby. The appartment looked even better than on the pictures and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hosts were so nice to leave us a little gift upon our arrival and the communication was very friendly. We recommend this place for 150% ☺️ thank you for having us!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Zum Kochen waren auch alle Utensilien zu finden. Interessante Neubausiedlung, bei der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die atmosphärischen Abende werden wir vermissen, danke für die Zeit! ☺️

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauber, Ordentlich und in guter Lage. Der Strand, die Fußgängerzone und natürlich auch der Hafen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Terrassen sind top, das Bett ebenso. Gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziges Manko aus unserer Sichtweise war die Anzahl des Bestecks und des Geschirr. Hier hätten wir gerne etwas mehr gehabt.

Alles war wunderbar! Sauber, ordentlich, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zentrale Lage, Strandnähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall nochmal hierhin kommen, wenn wir in Ostende sind! Danke!!!

Fantastisch. De beschrijving is correct en het contact vooraf aangenaam en zeer duidelijk. De sleutel overdracht gebeurt door haar buurman Marcel, vriendelijk, behulpzaam en flexibel. De parkeerplaats is een enorme luxe, maar niet bijzonder ruim. Het appartement ligt rechtover het treinstation en tram- en busstation. Het is modern, comfortabel en het uitzicht is een levend schilderij. Alles (supermarkt, stadscentrum en uiteraard het strand en de zee) is op 5 minuten wandelen.

Cath is een geweldige host zeer attent en vriendelijk. Daarenboven waren er boeiende gesprekken over de meest uiteenlopende onderwerpen. Het appartement is zeer smaakvol ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je voor een leuk verblijf mag verwachten. De attentie bij vertrek was dan ook de kers op de taart. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Un immense merci à notre hôte pour ce merveilleux week-end ! L’appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos : chaleureux, parfaitement équipé, propre et idéalement situé. Nous nous y sommes sentis tout de suite comme chez nous, et c’était l’endroit parfait pour un week-end entre amis. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide, attentionnée et très agréable. Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wir hatten das große Glück, einige wunderbare Tage in der Wohnung Vista del mar Sixties verbringen zu dürfen – und was sollen wir sagen: Es war rundum fantastisch! Die Wohnung bietet einen außergewöhnlichen, fast schon magischen Blick auf das Meer, den Strand und die beeindruckende Düne – ein echtes Highlight zu jeder Tageszeit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, durchdacht und hochwertig eingerichtet. Man spürt sofort, dass hier jemand mit Herz und Verstand eingerichtet hat. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Gastgeber Philippe aussprechen. Er hat sich bei unserer Ankunft viel Zeit genommen, uns alle Details der Wohnung erklärt und uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Zudem versorgte er uns mit wertvollen Tipps zu Restaurants, Ausflugszielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

un écran de verdure à 10 minutes du centre de Bruges. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme du lieu avec la sensation d'être en plein nature et pourtant, très proche des commodités et un accès très facile et rapide pour aller visiter Bruges ou Damme. Nous recommandons cette location

Le logement à été conforme à nos attentes et Tom a été toujours d'une bonne aide et réactif à nos questions. Endroit très calme malgré la route devant le logement. Google map nous à amené à la bonne route pour les poubelles, mais le site était un peu plus loin sur cette route. De Haan est une très jolie petite ville. Nous repartons enchantés de notre séjour.

We had a great stay at this flat. It was clean, modern, and came fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances and tools we needed. The location was fantastic — close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The welcome box with essentials was a really thoughtful touch that made us feel at home right away. Clear instructions were provided for accessing the flat, garage, and garbage disposal, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. The covered parking spot nearby (not directly at the building) was convenient and easy to access. A couple of things to keep in mind: the rubbish disposal point is a bit far from the flat and only accepts 50-cent coins, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, a neighbour complainted about noise after 10 PM, even though we were just having a normal conversation among family. So it's something to be mindful of if you're planning to spend evenings in. Overall, a lovely and well-located flat that we highly recommended.

beautiful home. one of the best lil gems we've stayed in. Anke was very friendly and welcoming. Home was squeaky clean. Very comfortable beds and lovely linen...my children enjoyed the puzzles and toys. thank you for a great stay

Bonjour Serge, nous avons apprécié à 100% votre logement, tout était parfait, très propre et bien agencé dans les lieux, vois avez vraiment un bel endroit tout proche de la mer. Nous sommes arrivées après avoir fait 360 km à vélo et votre logement a été notre refuge, très cosy et bien accueillant, MERCI !!!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in Oostende. Die Wohnung liegt ein paar Minuten außerhalb der touristischen Meile. Was es sehr angenehm und ruhig gemacht hat. Alles ist via Fuß oder mit der Tram erreichbar. Alles Top. :)

snelle reactie, duidelijke info, aangename ontvangst en zeer goed uitgerust appartement, zeer zeker aan te raden met kinderen! dochtertje heeft zich geen moment verveeld.

Absolute aanrader. 2e keer dat we hier zijn geweest. Nu met Stonegrill en Sauna. Was heel gezellig om er even tussenuit te knijpen.

Un appartement de standing aménagé et décoré avec goût, dans une résidence calme et en parfait état d'entretien. Le 32 ème étage avec ses deux terrasses vous offre une vue époustouflante. Le soleil y est présent du matin au soir. Une coté mer et l'autre côté ville pour les petits déjeuners au soleil et les apéritifs le soir côté mer, un régal. Le linge est fourni, jusqu'au peignoire et chausson, pour la sortie de douche ou jacuzzi. Les instructions avant le départ et à l'arrivée ont été très claires, merci à Patricia pour son accueil chaleureux, sa discrétion et ses instructions. Nous avons passé un superbe grand week-end avec en prime le beau temps. Je recommande. Seul bémol, manquerai une place de stationnement car attention, le stationnement sur Ostende est très onéreux. Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf! Zeer mooi appartement, alles tip top in orde. De keuken heeft alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een fijn verblijf. Ook de badkamer was helemaal af met een infraroodkabine, een dubbele douche en een heerlijk bad. Het gebouw ligt aan de rustige kant van Oostende, waardoor je ook lekker rustig kan zitten op het mooie en ruime terras met zicht op zee en Fort Napoleon. De drukkere kant was makkelijk te bereiken met de gratis veerboot :-) Contact met de host was zeer vlot en vriendelijk!

A superb 5 star apartment furnished and kitted out to a very high standard. So comfortable and very quiet with easy access for parking. Would love to stay again when we are next in that area in Belgium and hopefully use the outside space which looked delightful when the weather is better,

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.
