Jorge and Arianna were both gems — helpful, kind and enthusiastic. When we struggled to find the place because we didn’t have data, Jorge spoke to our cab driver and came to pick us up from nearby. My flight the morning of checkout was super early, he organised a taxi and also came and drank coffee with me at 6am. One of the highlights of my trip to Cuba.

Very comfortable flat, luxury conditions for Cuba, amazing views, the building is probably one of the best maintained in Old Havana, location is ideal for sightseeing, lots of things to see and some of the best restaurants in Havana are just around the corner, the host is very helpful for extra requests like helping to change money and arrange transportation. Cuba is definitely not the easiest place to travel even if you’ve been to many other Latin American countries, but if you stay here you’re definitely in good hands.

Maria and Juan helped us when our case didn't turn up, they went above and beyond what any normal person would have, they showed us the neighbourhood, helped us with toiletries, directions, put us in touch with people for excursions. When I was struggling to change money, they took time and helped. We had a very positive experience of Havana, and it was very much because of Maria and Juan and their kindness and generosity. The apartment was exactly as described, working air con, close to old and new Havana and extremely comfy and tidy. Be sure to ask your hosts about the trip to Vinales with Yaniel if you stay in this Havana apartment as its an amazing experience.

What can I say? I can actually say a lot...OF GREAT THINGS about this place. This place in amazing and worth every penny of your stay. I have NO COMPLAINS whatsoever. The place was spotless, smelled beautiful and looked beautiful. There was even an gorgeous orchid waiting in the living room. In every single sense of the word this place was super spacious and had a lot of light, which I loved. This host even thought of laundry detergent and EVEN SALT, PEPPER and COOCKING OIL! I really did not have to be worried about anything but groceries. Kitchen is really nice too. Amenities were great and gym was ok based on being in a hotel. But the boardwalk and beach are there if you are adventurous for an hot outside run! The booking allows you to bring family and friends to visit and there is even a parking space included for your rental. The balcony was amazing for those nights in the house when you want to have a drink and feel the breeze. I will definitely come back to this host. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again

I had such a wonderful stay at the Saint Tropez and I wish I had booked for longer! Everyone that worked there was so nice and welcoming and I felt right at home. The pool and bar area were fantastic and it felt like a little oasis. Highly recommend!!

The location was very convenient to the beaches and easy to get to places. The pool was kept clean and the laundry room was nice to have available. The only downside we experienced was the lack of kitchen supplies, such as no oven mitts, only two coffee cups for the four of us, no baking sheets, etc. We highly encourage you to visit Mr. Donuts which was close by- so yummy!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at the Element Fort Lauderdale, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional customer service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The amenities were top-notch — modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. We especially appreciated the beautiful pool area, the well-equipped fitness center, and the complimentary bikes for exploring the area. The food was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Whether we were enjoying breakfast or grabbing something quick from the bar, the quality and attention to detail were clear. We thoroughly enjoyed the Terrace Grill for our dinner on our Anniversary while there. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Element team. We will be back soon!

Anfitriã muito solícita, deu várias dicas de onde tomar um bom café e também indicou ótimos bares! Roupa de cama e toalhas impecáveis — tudo limpo, cheirando a novo! O lugar é muito bonito, a cozinha é compartilhada, mas super de boa de usar, não tivemos nenhum problema. A piscina também estava limpinha! Enfim, experiência excelente,m!

Superbe logement, superbe vue, tranquillité, tout était parfait. Le logement est très beau, décoré avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. Tout le personnel est très attentionné. C’était une très belle expérience je recommande fortement !

We really enjoyed our stay at Privada Stays. The room was clean with lots of towels and other supplies. The plunge pool was clean and so much fun to you especially in the very hot climate. Tracey and other staff were very responsive to our questions and there were lots of suggestions for meals and other activities. We had a blast in Aruba and would recommend!

Séjour agréable et paisible en pleine nature avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons pu voir des animaux de la faune du Pacifique de la terrasse. Cadre recommandé pour un séjour en amoureux.

So happy we decided to stay at this bnb! It’s privately tucked back with absolutely stunning grounds, and the view is impeccable. We didn’t rent a car and it was less than 10 min to get into the center of La Fortuna by walking. Just up the road is a soda for quick meals, as well. The room itself isn’t super large - I would say no more than 2 people would want to stay as the large bed takes up most of the space. Bubbles were provided for the hot tub - and the water does get hot!! The A/C worked well throughout the stay. It was very rainy and Silvia/friends were kind enough to leave us umbrellas the morning after we got in since they found out we didn’t have a car. Only complaint is that I wish we were provided the door code ahead of time so we didn’t have to wait outside with the bugs for instructions (granted, we were instructed to tell them when we were 20 min out but couldn’t due to cell service). But would definitely stay again if we were ever back in the area! 10/10 overall (:

During our time in Viñales, we stayed with Alvaro and Yuko and had a fantastic experience! They were both incredibly friendly and helpful—they helped us with exchanging money and helped organise a collective taxi from Viñales to Trinidad. Breakfast was available every morning and was not only fresh and delicious but also beautifully presented. Highly recommended—we truly appreciated their warm hospitality and the lovely atmosphere of the place!

Frana Lodge is a beautiful place, a real authentic hidden gem. The hike to the lodge is a little challenging with your bags, but well worth it! Crossing through the stream is actually refreshing on a hot day and adds to the whole experience of the location. Once you arrive, you can relax in the hammocks, greet the pets, and have a cold beer or a very tasty icy fresh fruit drink. The lodge itself is perfectly clean, offers spectacular views, lots of local trails, and it’s walking distance to Tayrona National Park. Franz took a lot of extra time talking to us about things to do on our short 3 night stay, offering suggestions including a really great local cocoa tour. He also arranged onsite massages. They offer breakfast & delicious dinners for a small fee. The food is 100% fresh and homemade. Lunch is not offered, but you can eat lunch when you’re out during the day nearby. It’s the perfect place to relax & get away. Thank you, Franz & staff.

Hôtes très gentils ,attentifs,de très bons conseils .un petit déjeuner très copieux ,excellent et très agréable sur la terrasse .Tout était très bien malgré que le Wi-Fi n à pas fonctionné correctement. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Un grand merci pour ce chaleureux moment .

Anthony’s spot was the PERFECT stay for our Memorial Day weekend. Our biggest event was walking distance from the home but if we needed a quick bite or something small from a pharmacy, everything was RIGHT there. The free parking space was a PLUS! The home had great lighting, amazing air conditioning, smelled fresh and was very clean overall! He was very communicative in letting us know where to get groceries, nightlife, sightseeing, etc. (He even has bicycles to ride around the city!) I would definitely recommend a stay with him at his YotelPAD. It’s worth it. Thank you Anthony! ❤️
