I had a really great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect — right in the middle of Jakarta, so it’s super convenient. There’s a mini mart just near the lobby where you can buy groceries, and if you walk a little bit, you can find many restaurants to eat. The view from the balcony was really nice, especially at night. I made some good memories here, and I definitely want to stay again if I come back to Jakarta. Thank you for the lovely place!

Everything was truly worth it! From check-in to check-out, the process was super easy. The apartment is in a strategic location. The room’s interior is very stylish and exactly like the photos. The master bedroom is incredibly spacious! I’ll definitely come back here the next time I’m in Bandung.

Very important, it is located in a beautiful green area of ​​the city, in which there are only modern residential clusters, no traffic jams. The entire area of ​​the area is very well maintained, beautiful. The cluster where the apartment is located has a guarded territory, beautiful landscape design, there is a swimming pool nearby, which is a pleasant walk away. Maria, always in touch, answered all questions in the most detailed way and greeted us very hospitably. Staying only one night but Alhamdulillah it was very pleasant. Starting from the owner who is responsive, friendly and always provides detailed information about the house. Complete facilities from kitchen equipment, toiletries, extra beds, to small things like medicine are available. There are bicycles for those who like sports. Cozy home, very clean. The atmosphere around is calm, suitable for resting. There were items left behind and the lady immediately told me, thank you. Recommended 👍

Never booked a place so fast as soon as I saw this place! 4XXL bed(rooms), 3 aircons, water heater, spacey family room, this place is def a steal! And also with youtube&netflix?! This place is not real. If only this place have a pool, then it will be 1000/10! Sekoteng, cilok, bakso lewat2, warung banyak, ga ad nyamuk. A-ma-zing! Housekeeper also very responsive and kind. Very lucky to find this listing, walau pulangnya terjebak macet 10 jam :) Will come back! Thankyou!

We stayed at Rumah Resik from 29th May to 1st June and had a truly wonderful experience. The house was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all the promised amenities. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the in-house staff who were available 24/7, making our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Our family felt very much at home throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the home was peaceful and relaxing – perfect for a family getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place in Bandung. We would definitely love to return!

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!
