The living space is located above an oversized double garage. Property has been re-fenced with a newly landscaped back yard for pups and guests. This beautiful spacious two bedroom basement suite has a separate code entry. My place is sitting on 2 major golf coures Bear/Quail. 5 minutes to the airport, UBCO, & restaurants. Walking distance to the new Three lakes kraft Brew House "live music". We also recommend Vivid wine tour door pick & drop off service. We are only 15 minutes from town, beaches, hikes, shopping mall, movie theatre, & more ! Quiet neighbourhood so if you want a party house this is not the house for you.

A perfect country getaway. We're situated in the North BX which is a quiet, country setting with equal distances to Kalamalka Lake/Okanagan Rail Trail and Silver Star Mountain/Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre. We're outdoorsy folk and will often be found outside skiing/hiking/cycling or in our garden puttering around with our six sweet chickens, five pet turkeys, and poodle, Freya. Local grocery store (Butcher Boys) is a 5 min drive away. BX Press Cidery 10 min walk away.

Hi there My husband Darrel and I live with our three kiddos, 2 energetic boys aged 9 and 7, our beautiful little girl who is 4 years old with our sheltie and kitty on a beautiful and quite street in West Kelowna. My husband is Canadian and has lived in Kelowna for over 20 years so can help you with directions, fun activities to do and much more. I am from the Netherlands (can speak Dutch) and have been in Canada 10 years now. Absolutely love it!
