Orrysdale Road is just a 5 min walk from the beach, lake, prom & town centre. Also within a 5 min walk is a train station with trains to Liverpool (waterfront, arena etc) each 20 mins (20min train journey). There are 2 good sized and charming double bedrooms, & a single. Fully equipped, newly decorated, garden inc bike shed. Great location and house!

2 bed apartment set in a Victorian House on a tree lined street in a prime location. With less than a 2 min walk to the beach and Marine Lake. Also within a few mins walking are the many bars, cafes, restaurants and bistros that West Kirby has to offer. The 2 double bed 1st floor apt is well appointed and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the separate lounge is a perfect place to relax. Guests can request later checkout and where possible we will accommodate.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.

this was my first experience of staying in airbnb in the UK, having done a couple in the USA in New Jersey I felt so at home at Colleen's place. maybe it's because I have a connection with the area, as a child I spent a great deal of time with my grandparents whom lived in leasowe not far away.. and my grandmother and dad are buried in landican cemetery a short distance away. everywhere I walked within Hoylake I felt they present. it was a very emotional experience to be back on Merseyside. As a host Colleen waswonderful she explained everything, and didn't mind if I came in late out in Liverpool from concerts. when I left this morning I was a bit sad , because I realise how much I've missed being on Merseyside. I may live in London but my heart will always be on Merseyside and Liverpool. I thank you for giving me your home for five days it was wonderful and I will come back.

Alex’s place was wonderful, tidy and fully functional and our time there felt like a breeze. It’s walkable from the train station which made our lives easier too. Highly recommend him in case you want to spend your time in a quiet place away from the city’s hustle and bustle. This place is 20-25 mins away from Liverpool central by the train so you won’t feel that away from action. Keep it up, Alex!

Just came back from a week at Saskia's house . Myself,husband and another couple had a brilliant week . Saskia's house was so spacious and comfortable. We used the back garden to relax after full days sightseeing The Wirral and Liverpool. The back garden was a sun trap which was we really enjoyed to soak up the wonderful weather we had whilst there. The area is also fantastic, the beach at the end of the road. Peaceful but plenty of facilities in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Elaine and Geoff are the perfect hosts. Always on hand, but never intrusive; very friendly, and flexible. They were most accommodating with one particular request that we had. The fridge contained everything we needed - milk, coffee, a selection of marmalades (including one of Elaine's homemade ones) and jam, and Geoff's home baked bread. There was also a section of teas, sugar; essentially all that we could have wanted. The house is in a quiet cut-de-sac, just a minute's walk to the gigantic beach, with excellent walkways in both directions. And the bed was so comfortable. Our stay was perfect. Thank you Elaine and Geoff :)

Perfect in every way ! Large spotless apartment, 2 minutes to the beach and fantastic views of the Dee Estuary. Also local little shops, bars and cafes 5 minutes away. Morrisons superstore 10 minutes walk away. Train station (covering the whole of the Wirral and Liverpool) and all bus stops approx 15 minutes walk away. Already planning our next stay !!
