Loved our stay even though it was only short! The view is beautiful and the room is so pretty. The amenities like the big TV, small kitchen and bathtub were perfect and the bed was very comfortable! Hope to be back soon!

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The panoramic views of Hanoi from the large windows are absolutely stunning, and the cold A/C was a welcome comfort after a day of exploring. I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Stayed at Van’s place for just one night with my friends. We are amazed with the property size, and the fish pond right at the dining area. The kids enjoy feeding the fishes. The master room is separately located from other 3 bedrooms, providing additional privacy

Staff were super helpful. They were friendly when I picked up the keys. The hosts were also very responsive when messaged through airbnb. Located in a nice part of Hanoi in Tay Ho near everything you could need. Nice views of west lake from the room.

This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in as a long term guest in Hanoi! I stayed here for about 5 weeks, and would definitely recommend this Airbnb for people who are going to be staying in Hanoi for a long period of time. Linh and her colleagues were responsive and took care of any questions or issues I had. They also provide free weekly cleaning services for long term guests! Nearby, there is a mall with a supermarket, many other shops and a gym that is a five minute walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, everything was spotless and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view of the city

The location is a bit hidden, there are only street lights at night, and the stairs of the apartment are also darker. The room is clean, the decoration is new, the water pressure is low, and the hot water is only available by pressing the switch. Good lighting, air-conditioned rooms, audio-visual software in the living room, ordinary soundproofing, and the sound of the speakers on the street can be heard (if it is room 2, it will be quieter, but there are occasional roosters in the morning). The host responded immediately and was very proactive in handling the problem, telling us to go outside to open the water pressure valve. Although we still took a cold shower for the night (because we didn't know there was a hot water switch), we still thank the host for coming back to help us.
