Monthly Rentals in West Lakes

We loved our stay at Tennyson. The unit was clean and homely and we loved being so close to the ocean. The proximity to the lake provided easy access to a great running route and location close to West Lakes Mall was very convenient. Thanks Suzanne and David for a great stay!

Lucy is a great host who was so responsive to my messages. My family had a wonderful time, it was so beautiful staying right on the beach and so convenient being close to West Lakes shopping centre. The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable, plenty of towels and the kids' room was so inviting for my grandchildren with books and toys. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed for a few months as waiting for house build. The location is great and with a garage, pool and gym. We found it easy to get to shops and used the Italian restaurant just below the building. Very comfy bed - the bedroom has no window but glass frosted sliding door,,but it was great as with AC on didn't need fan in bedroom. Bathroom great - good sized shower. Plenty of space for two people. Lots of light. We got very comfortable any Angelina was great as we extended our time.

Great location that is easy to get to (we had a hire car). Plenty of parking and the courtyard is secure behind a locked gate. The house is spot on for families up to 5. Lounge is very comfortable. Beach is great to walk on. This house would suit those seeking to use it as a getaway or as a base to explore from. The nearest shops are Westfield at West Lake, about a 3 minute drive away. There's also Foodland and Hotel/Bottleshop on Bartley Avenue, approx 5 mins away.
