Kid-friendly holiday rentals in West Melbourne

Being a local on my house was under construction having a place around the corner was very convenient. The place was immaculate. We didn’t need much but I can say it’s a great place to stay. Quiet, peaceful and what you would need as a guest was provided. If I ever need for either myself or my family, I would recommend this place. Thank you.

Our stay in William’s house was great! The space was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparent! There was a bedroom for everyone, plenty to do (we loved the pinball machine, pool table, darts, and board games), and of course the awesome pool. The AC stopped cooling the first evening and William had someone there at 8 am to ensure it was fixed (even though he was able to reset/fix it in the middle of the night remotely)! We spent many afternoons floating on the rafts. The master bath was especially beautiful & the tub was great! We cooked a lot in the kitchen and found it easy to navigate. The Alexa’s helped us with both music & timers. My favorite part of the house was the front porch where there was such a nice breeze; it was so peaceful. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking-so many bunnies! Finally, the house was convenient to Publix, target, Jeremiah’s Italian ice, etc, and the highway. We were 20 min from the beach & had what we needed!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The place was a perfect size and close to downtown. It also was not far to visit local attractions. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

We had 4 people staying plus our grandson visiting. Very comfortable and convenient. Even had 2 beach chairs and a beach blanket!

Joes place was amazing for our family! We stayed for 3 months while we looked for a permanent place for our transition to Florida. The house was clean, spacious, fully stocked, had great updated appliances, great water quality, and we felt very secure. The beach is only 20 minutes away! We were there during hurricane Milton and Joe was quick to make us feel secure and safe. He put up the hurricane shutters, gave us tips on what to do with our vehicles and checked on us continually throughout the storm. There was no damage to the house and we never even lost power or internet. So that just proves how sturdy the house is and how secure the location is! The neighborhood was great! Gated area where our boys could ride their bikes and even met some friends! The community park is right across the street and we caught some nice sized fish in the backyard pond. The neighbors were all friendly and welcoming and we felt the area was very safe! Overall a great place that we highly recommend!

Clean house, easy to get inside and he even offered an extra day for free due to a cancellation from his friend. It had everything you need in the kitchen and he allowed pets. We ended up not bringing ours because plans changed. Beds were comfortable enough and the couch was comfortable to sit on. Updated look and not cluttered. The only thing that happened was there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we ran out before we noticed. My fault I guess since I normally show up with some lol Thanks Brandon!

This was a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and it being close to everything. The host were amazing too!! Thank you again for sharing you place with us.

just what we needed for 2 days before our cruise. quiet, easy access & great host! Susan knew where good restaurants were & everything was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too. Will definitely stay there again before our next cruise

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Unparalleled location!

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

Beautiful and unique space close to everything. Loved being able to ride my bike everywhere. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. Screened porch was amazing for taking in afternoon thunderstorms.

The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect the location, neighborhood was quiet I felt very safe, neighbors were friendly, place was very clean. Jack was an excellent host.He left clear directions and answered back in a timely manner. He left several cold bottles of water which we used for coffee. The beds were comfortable. We would be happy to return.

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
