Monthly Rentals in West Miami

Wonderful place to stay and Yulia is a fantastic host! I highly recommend this place and would definitely return again. It was very peaceful, quiet, and a great location.

Excellent rental, definitely will stay again. The house is spacious and well laid out. Plenty of room for everyone and the backyard was a nice escape. The neighborhood is perfect, a couple minutes from grocery stores, dining and you can get to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove quickly on back roads escaping traffic. I have been visiting the area for years and this was better then any hotel. The host was responsive and it was so easy to check in and leave.

This was an incredible stay. From the start, Alex was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I initially planned to stay one night but due to a flight cancellation was able to get it extended another night on short notice.. also very accommodating on check out times. I have stayed at 80+ Airbnb’s around the world. This one definitely is in my top five. Many Airbnb’s are lacking in furnishings and basic. Not Alex’s place. I believe it to be a candidate for Architectural Digest.. beautiful and unique furnishings. The place is conveniently located to MIA and nearby sights and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place. I definitely plan to return.

Joel’s place was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and the unit was clean and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect size for a weekend getaway for my husband and I. It was the perfect location to be close to all the things to do and visit. I would highly recommend one of Joel’s lovely little units.
